Combo: Harukas 300 Observatory + teamLab Botanical Garden

Team Labs garden art exhibit. Arrived late because got confused taking the train but thankfully they had no problem with it and I could enter. However in terms of 'Headout' - they made the event sound more booked out than it was in reality. I booked when they were 7 slots available but actually on the day, people were just showing up and buying tickets there and then. But I wouldn’t have even known about the event without headout suggesting it and I guess booking in advance does same some hassle. Went at night so everything was lit up in the dark. Quite pretty. It was an experience to walk through the garden at night. But I think the exhibition overall was okay, not bad for a night out and some pretty pictures, but not spectacular either. If it's available and you don't have any plans, may as well do it. Decent for the cost.

It was a unique experience for all the senses - something we have never seen before. Absolutely worth it!

Very easy. Don't even need to redeem. Just use QR code. The metro pass saved us money traveling around few places

We just came straight to the check point and enetered the castle. There was quiet long queues for regular ticekts and I would guess it looked like 30 min line.

The moving artwork with Japanese characters was unique and interesting! The egg-like sculptures made the night seem alive and magical! Headout was easy to reserve and the check in was easy. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous installations. We had a perfectly warm autumn evening to walk through the artworks. It was so calm and not too busy.

Buying online avoided buying oon ditr. However, there was really no line to buy tickets at 5:30pm on a Friday, so no great advantage for us.

The value of the experience was not all that unique or great. It's difficult to define art, but to me the park-illumination coupled with some motion sensors falls in the category of decoration. It's a pleasant atmosphere with spherical sounds but rather common and nothing I'd expect to pay extra for. The regular entry fee for the botanical garden would be justified

Ticketing experience was very good. It was helpful that we got pdf tickets. Also the price offered by you was competative compared to others. Price was better than the actual price of the tickets sold at the venue itself. Thank you very much. We enjoyed the experience thoroughly.

It wasn't that special, seen similar thing in Rotterdam, Netherlands in the rain and cold. To be honest it was better than Osaka.

The art & lighting were fantastic. The changing colours were especially beautiful. It was very well done
