Palace of Versailles Timed Entry Tickets with Access to the Gardens & Tea at Ore Ducasse Restaurant

I showed up at 3:15 p.m. at Café Ore. Nobody knew what to do. After about 10 minutes, a very kind employee gave me a ticket worth 24 EUR. This allowed me to pass the entrance and visit the castle. The exhibition closes at 6.00 pm and the château at 6.30 pm. There was little time left to visit the gardens, and the Café Ore was of course already closed. For 89 EUR, I was expecting something more.

I arrived at the time slot chosen on headout which was 3:30pm. We had to go to the cafe first to collect the tickets, and they said we have our drink there and then proceed to the venue afterwards. At 4:30 we we started the tour and were told that there was only 30 minutes left for the tour???!!!! Some rooms we were refused entry due to the time as well. This is outrageous because we spent a huge amount of money on this only for it to be a 30 minute experience.

The biggest thing is you frauds sold us a ticket for the 25th of December on Christmas Day . You're website claimed the palace was open. We didn't get to see the palace as everything was closed. We expect a full refund from you and will warn people from using you in the future

JUST UNACCEPTABLE !!!! Ticket didn't work so I had to REPAY on the spot and was refused a refund!!!! Only 15% cashback on my next purchase! If at least you were able to recognize your error and make a refund I might recommend you, but that's out of the question! 267 euros wasted!!! Your site is a disgrace and you deserve a complaint for theft !!!!!!!! I will not hesitate to make you a very bad publicity on social networks !!!

Did not like anything about this, Ore was terrible, so busy and hot in the palace, did not get access to the gardens at all, would definitely not recommend
