I went to the Heinker brewery and it was as smooth as a trip through the canals of Amsterdam. Everything started on time and went smoothly.

Both tours at Ajax and Heineken were fantastic and we loved every minute. The staff were also very friendly and helpful 👍

Staff was very friendly with helping Americans in English to purchase tickets, advise us where to embark and any other information we would need. Our tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. The Captain was helpful and also very knowledgeable! Great Experience and one I would do again!!

Fantastic experience, highly recommended. Great tour guides, interactive experience with fun bits throughout, culminating in an excellent finale downstairs. A must to do even if you're not really a Heineken fan!!

Ticket booking and use aas really easy and straightforward. We felt that the protocol, on arrival, could be explained a little better, a lot of people confused, ourselves included! Loved the experience itself though, staff lovely throughout, always makes such a difference. Icebar, drinks etc all super, would recommend to others.

Queues are really long & not managed very well, so much staff & they are not sure what they are doing & having the craic with their mates.
