The experience has been unique, a very enjoyable 3 hour walk, we have gone with our young children and they have only been tired at the end, the guide at all times has connected with us adults and children, she is called Rafaela (so it is written in Castilian), and of course, THANKS to our guide we have enjoyed the tour falling in love with the architecture of that time! What a wisdom!

I really liked all the information they gave us, it made the time we spent very fast because everything was very interesting. As an opportunity for improvement they could give us better quality headphones, because the sound was very poor, plus I only had for one ear.

The overall Experience was awesome. Sergio was very kind and answered all of our questions. The weather was ok, it started to rain while on tour but Sergio saved us by going in the coloseum to keep us away from the rain. 5/5

The museum is very beautiful. I loved the Cistine Chapel. We went to St. Peter's Basilica on our own. You need to balance the time allotted for the visit so that the guide doesn't make it a race to bring up the historical side and the timed tour. Know how to balance, without setting the pace in spite of the people.

To learn about the hidden stories that we would have missed if we self toured. Benjamin our guide was whitty, informative, answered all our questions and even dealt with poorly behaved people on the tour well when they abused him for their mistake.
