Tickets are very useful, but there were several of us so there was still a wait, especially as we had to pass through the security gates (photos are not allowed at the Prado museum ...).

Easy access, we didn't have a guide and we didn't wanna get an audio guide, but it was all easy to understand. We had access in all rooms. Would recommend

There was no waiting time to pick up the voucher. On the other hand, I couldn't access the audioguide which was on the Headout app.

Finding an entry gate among many is also a fun to know how big Prado is and how beautiful a botanic. Garden is . Yes it is too great indeed inside to see all out with only a day but a couple of days . Compared with artists' age of life against the size of campus they painted , we can easily image they could not sleep enough for completing their paints , genius enough . So you can smell their real history as if you had been living contemporary. Do not miss such a chance .

Easy access. Buying the ticket online was simple. Getting in the museum was easy - no lines and entry was well-marked with signs etc. The Prado is one of the world's great museums, and it was fantastic to be there again!

The works from the permanent exhibition were my goal. I only had about two hours to work with so I prepared and aimed for the highlights. It was awesome. I hadn't studied the floor plan at all, but as I am trained in architecture the building was rather easy to navigate. I would strongly recommend that people prepare themselves and plan an itinerary through the collection. There was some confusion on my behalf about the digital audio guide included so I rented the official audio guide from the museum. It was a great little guide, which I enjoyed both in Spanish and English.

Both the Palace and Prado were amazing places to see. Ticketing: really great experience in Prado, entering fast and easy. Palace ticketing was a bit longer, but overall very happy with purchase.

The exhibit. It was easy for me and my wife to see the masterpieces that we liked. All people working ther new where the painters exhibits were. They were very knowledgeble and friendly.

The visit was great, the works and the organization very good. All the staff was very friendly and prepared to guide us. But in the store the person charged two bags instead of one and I only noticed it when I arrived at the hotel. I felt cheated, disappointing.

I think I'm a layman who appreciates art very much. We've visited some excellent museums in Europe and, humbly, I found the Prado as exceptional as my pleasant and enjoyable trip to Madrid. I thank humanity for the existence / excellence of the Prado.

It gave me a lot of confidence to be so well controlled. In the store there was a wide and beautiful selection of souvenirs. And, of course, the visit to the museum was the highlight for me - wonderful and incomparable treasures!

Pre-booking meant we could plan our days, no long queue to get in and very easy to have our e-tickets in the app. Especially, great as the queue for buying at the Royal Palace was huge. Prado Museum flexible tickets were very convenient for day and time to visit. Very happy.

It was an expedited entry with almost no line. Our visit was very pleasant. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to take pictures in any of the rooms inside the museum so we have no photo memories of our visit.

First of all the friendliness and professionalism of the staff from the entrance to the rooms without forgetting the cafeteria staff. Then the Palace is really a beauty.... Every room, every work of art is amazing. The Gallery must be seen. Best regards

Super exhibition. The tickets from Headout worked great. No additional queuing or ticket exchange necessary

The platform is easy to use and the palace and the museum are must-see places in Madrid, and both are full of history.

We quickly got past the queue to the security checkpoint. As no photos are allowed in the museum, I can't send them any photos. :-(

Wonderful!!! Unique experience and a must-do. The dancers, singers and guitarist, were crazy, mind-blowing, engaging! The whole audience was ecstatic. The theater allowed the right acoustics to their performance. They managed to convey to us that flamenco is not a dance but an art from the depths of the 'soul. Rated 10 with high praise!

overwhelming art collection. Sometimes somewhat confusing hallways with arrangement art does not detract from quality. Tickets to avoid the queue was necessary.

Let me be clear there is no place like the prado museum of art, the work is just breath taking and I had many beautiful teary moments around the museum however saying that In our modern day of technology it seems very backwards to me that they wouldn't allow photos on your phone. Othe art museums allow pictures without a flash and because people are all trying to take secret pictures they end up making mistakes by accident like putting the flash on because they're not looking at their phone properly because they're secretly trying to manoeuvre it. It was very frustrating Morgan around the museum and having every two minutes in the corner of my ear not no photo, no photo no photoit really starts to get old especially when we are in an age of technology. We cannot ignore this and by not embracing this it ruins the experience for everybody so I don't quite understand why Prado still employee and waste money on such trivial things.
