Combo: Museo del Prado Tickets + Teatro Flamenco Emotions Show

The museum was impressive: we appreciated the fantastic collection. Very bad for us was the limited number of sanitary facilities, and also very hard to find. We were very satisfied and tired after the visit.

Show was memorable, surpassing all expectations. The performers did a great job leaving it all in the stage. The music, the outfits, everything was extraordinary. My wife and I loved the show and would highly recommend it

My roaming didn't work, and there was no WiFi. I don't understand how there is no WiFi in the PRADO. And several people told me, walk to the left and it was to the right. The worst thing is the WiFi

A beautiful place that needs sone love. A few floorboards were sinking . The signage to help make your your could be better, also to find the bathrooms. You follow a sign a long way and then - no more information. Even in the cafeteria we could not find the banos! A beautiful place. Staff was good when asked

At the Royal Palace there were too many people and tourist groups, you could not get through. Between rooms you had to wait for people to circulate and this did not create a good atmosphere during the visit. Otherwise, it is a very big palace but the rooms open to the public are really a small number, we thought we would visit more places. The Prado Museum on the other hand very nice

The most amazing collection of artwork in one place... If you love art, you MUST visit this museum. I was spellbound with the amount of work displayed in Prado from such Masters as Rubens, Rembrandt, Caravaggio, El Greco and so many more... Not to mention the first draft of the Mona Lisa. Definitely coming back!

I visited the museum with some friends, we rented the audio guide which in our opinion is very well organized because it provides different routes of one, two or three hours depending on the time available and in any case it is easy and intuitive to find the works that are outside these routes. In the audio guide there is also a map of the museum with the main works indicated. The display of works is well organized despite the number of them. Beautiful experience.

Very easy to buy tickets. Wire-cut entrance even though we waited a while. Very practical. The museum is so magnificent, with an exceptional wealth of works on display.

As I am not an experienced person using apps, it was a bit difficult for me to buy the tickets this way. It was kind of a challenge to me. But finally I was able to manage. I think your ticket-buying method is quite complicated. But I liked your informative emails.

The museum is beautiful, although very large (takes quite a long time). Upon arrival, the line for those who had to buy tickets was very long, while for those who had online tickets, the wait was about 20 minutes.

Despite initial skepticism, we were able to book and visit the Prado while saving time; we recommend booking early.

The museum is very interesting and extensive. A little scattered the map on the audio guide but with a little good will you can untangle it

Included in the ticket is the digital audio guide, but at the museum they did not give us xbecause according to them it is not included in the price....

Most of it was super easy, but My entry to Prado did not work. This was frustrating for a few minutes but then the nice person who was scanning allowed me to go through.

It was a very nice show, all three dancers and three singers are professionals. We had seats in the back with no drinks and it was very good ,being on stage it was well seen. I recommend the show.

the museum is really beautiful and interesting. I was also very happy to skip the long line at the ticket office by booking online my ticket very easily outside if the museum.

The guided tour with the guide Juan Miguel Ortiz simply perfect, a great professional who you can tell he likes his job, also helpful. Highly recommended

None of the options above is totally true. I had to pick something in order just to write here to add one note. At the security entrance , while putting my stuff for a scan, my partner also started to mix her stuff with mine....simple human error. But., security lady, small build in her 50's, took her personal bag and was saying something in Spanish and schooling her to wait her turn and then thrown her bag towards scan box. This behaviour is unaccaptable in places like this, acting frustraded and reacting in unprofessional manner. Throwing someones belongings like it is her own is disrespect towards a visitor. This didn't change our views on the whole venue and our experience but it would be much better without army attitude enter. Best regards
