Dubai Safari Park Tickets with Round-Trip Hotel Transfers

After being told we would be collected at 11 we were only collected after 11:30 we reached the destination at 12:30 and had to be waiting for the driver again at 2:30. As a result we didn't get to see everything in the park.

My son's was so happy when he saw his favorite animals the Elephant 🐘😍. Dubai Safari Park is a must-visit for families looking to create lasting memories. We’re already looking forward to our next trip!

The zoo - it's absolutely amazing, most beautiful all around the world. Also a very very special Thank you to the driver who picked us up. He arranged all his programs by our wish for the return, no matter how difficult this was. Pretty good organization and perfect tourists care. Waiting to see you soon again

All the inclusion in the ticket were not actually available. I had to pay extra at the venue.

I had bought a ticket for the wrong date. Therefore I want to redo it, this could not be done and I could not get the money back. I made a mistake in the date, but sad that you can't change it. So I never came out and saw your park. Very sad process.

By the time we was dropped off we was only allocated 2 hours for a day trip to the safari which meant we missed our transfer back because we couldn't physically see all we had paid for !!!!! We then had to pay 140AED to get a taxi back to our hotel when we had a transfer in the price of the safari. This was ridiculous that we was expected to rush around due to the guide dropping us off so late at 12:30PM when we was collected at the hotel at 10:45AM from the palm jumeriah. The guide had drived to collect 2persons near business bay and we was sat In the car for 30 minutes whilst we waited for some issue that was not explained to be sorted with the other guests. I am very disappointed with our experience and that we was forced to miss our 'paid' transfer back to the hotel leaving us stranded and having to pay for additional support. Will not be recommending this unless we are compensated for our ordeal, no apology was made by the guide or company. Very disappointing!!!! A day trip should consist of sufficient time to enjoy ourselfs. Our ticket was also not inclusive of feeding animals, and no explanation that we had to purchase tickets prior for all activities. Which meant all slots were fully booked and we could not partake in feeding animals

However, upon arrival I discovered that I had been sold basic tickets without the promised train pass. Furthermore, the pick-up and drop-off service was completely unreliable. The ride was not on time, causing me significant inconvenience and stress. The return trip was equally problematic, leaving me without the proper transportation I had been promised. This level of service is unacceptable. I feel misled and deceived by the inaccurate information provided on your platform. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely bad with headout.com, and I will not recommend it to anyone. I have booked tickets for Dubai Safari Park with train. Headout issued an incorrect ticket to me which did not include the train and shuttle service. We found about this when we reached the venue. My 70 year old mother, who is a senior citizen and cannot walk, has to suffer a lot because of an incorrect ticket. Headout was not ready to upgrade the ticket and resolving my issue even after multiple back and forth calls and escalations. Moreover they were blaming local tour partner for all the mess which is their internal matter, and we're asking me to get in touch with the local partner, which detroited the situation further. In the end, I had to upgrade my ticket and pay extra since no one was responding. Moreover Headout was not ready to refund the extra amount. Their service is really pathetic and disgusting. Even the support staff is not trained properly and did not provide resolution to the issue. Headout company is fraud and should shut down since they do not know how to operate. Please avoid booking via headout.com. I have complained about the company at Dubai safari park also to the management. And finally answering the question, what made zoo visit special, answer , nothing. This was the most ridiculous and pathetic experience ever in my life regarding the tour booking.

Inspite of tickets mentioning safari park with train. Shuttle service was not allowed.Due to this unable to cover the park as the time was very limited.Return was fix for 2.30 PM.No flexiblity in it was given despite of issues. Total waste of money and unpleasant experience. Would not recommend anyone to use the app
