It's a magnificent place, steeped in history. The only drawback is that there's a lot of English reading and no translation. But very nice visit! The Crown Jewels are absolutely incredible.

Very nice visit but the numbers on the map should be repeated on the audio guide x optimize THE orientation of the visitor.

It was a very well organized place. I loved the fact that it is much more than the Crown Jewels. It is like a little village where people (guards) still live in nowadays. Amazing for children as well because of all the attractions and theatres during the visit. Would come back!

The tour was excellent. The history told prior to walking around was much appreciated. I loved the display of the Crown Jewels.

We had an unexpected free day in London at the end of our stay so decided we'd try to get to the Tower to visit again after 40 years. A quick search online brought up the Headout site where we had all the information we needed at our fingertips to book tickets there and then for entry in 90 minutes time so we were able to find our way and arrive on time with no queing for tickets. The experience surpassed every expectation we had, from the immersive information displays, the atmosphere as we passed through the buildings and grounds to the splendour of the Crown Jewels. A special mention to the Volunteers who were so knowledgeable and went out of their way to help. It was the best experience of our visit and we stayed for 90 minutes longer than planned to fit in all that was on offer to see. Thanks to Headout the whole process of booking was A1

Ticketing experience all good - easy and straightforward.. Tower of London was enjoyable. Started with the usual 'British' chicane entry system - even when we were fortunate with no queues.. Staff at gates all polite and friendly. Signage within could be slightly better but we found our way round - stick to a circuit and it's easy. Beefeater walk and talk was great - very entertaining! Amazed at 54 years of age, I didn't really know this was tucked away in the middle of London. Shame on me. Would happily recommend!!

It was only crowded at the pictures. We would have loved to take a look and buy one. Maybe for the future: online viewing? Sophie

I thought it was great that we were able to choose fixed visiting times when we booked. As soon as we arrived, we were already inside.

Great tour It takes about 3 hours. We went in the morning when it's much less crowded. The tour was really interesting.

Ticket booking and admission were super reliable. You should plan enough time for the Tower; this is actually a day program. The jewels are beautiful and can be viewed in peace despite the crowds. The crowds are hardly anyone's fault, as we were there too. Apart from that, the Tower is a great and really worth seeing site with lots of small exhibitions and attractions. Overall, London is impressive. You can't see all the highlights with peace, quiet and a sense of culture and art, and it's better to pay the entrance fee selectively. Super convenient to book from home. I would recommend it to anyone. Otherwise the queues can be quite long or you don't even get in. Everything worked great and the tower is really very interesting and worth seeing.
