The Statue of Liberty Museum is very interesting. At the Immigration Museum on Ellis Island, we were put in the shoes of someone arriving for a new life in the United States. The audioguide is well done, but we got a bit confused at the end of the first wing when trying to find what to do next. There were other possible routes through the museum.

Statue of Liberty trip did not disappoint, arrived early at the battery park , signs everywhere so that was helpful. Ferry was quick and easy. Weather was cold but is February in NY. We still had a beautiful clear day to see everything. Empire State Building was amazing as well, we went to 86th floor and we were able to go outside. Cold but worth it. Great experience overall.

The view on the 86th floor was the best. The of historical part was to long. The ticketing experience was fine. What I didn't like was the long lines shuffeld us along it took forever to get where we were going.

It was super easy to buy tickets online and the experience inside the building was wonderful. It is worth it a thousand times over.

Absolutely seemless experience from end to end. We arrived and there was someone to great us and get us to the right place. We were pleasantly suprised with the exhibits and the organisation was brilliant. The views are amazing and you could spend as much time as you needed to get the perfect photos.

The team at the Empire State Building was incredibly nice, attentive and friendly! The reason for our visit was our 21st wedding anniversary. RENATE in particular was so nice. Since we had rain and no view at all for the first 2 hours of our stay, we had a particularly nice chat with the staff. Renate sang for us, we later danced to level 80!!!! After another hour the weather cleared up and we had quite good visibility.

I highly recommend.The ferry ride allows you to see Manhattan from a new angle. Ellis island is a discovery and you can make your own genealogical certificate. The Statue of Liberty is mighty and beautiful, to be mmiraded and known. BANKSY is a true and sincere artist and has fought for the right of expression because art is of all and for.all. the.mueso is a stone's throw from Little Italy and China town

One of the best places to see the whole city. A must visit place if you are in NYC. Awesome view. Cheaper to buy ticket online.

Great way to get to see both the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Enjoyed the ability to take our time exploring each site. Definitely worth the trip.

The whole experience was awesome. The ferry ride was fun and everybody was very nice and accommodating to me. I plan to return soon and hopefully this time go inside and up into the crown of the statue. And you people will definitely be my ride over there. Thank you for everything you guys did for me. It was an awesome day and I will never forget it, thank you so much and I can't wait to come see you again

I found it easy to buy and schedule the tickets just observe the schedules because I understood that they can not be changed.

I brought my nearly six yr old grandson and he loved it. I grew up in NY and the Empire State Building was always cool. So glad he knows that too! I gotta say though that I think tkts are really expensive. And I can't believe it costs double the price to get to the 102nd floor. That's absurd. Although I wasn't happy with the gift shop being unavoidable, I understand the whole place is there to make money. So my grandson spent his allowance on a baseball with the Empire State Building in it. He loves baseball and we went straight to the park that afternoon. The ball fell apart! One day of a six yr old playing baseball with it? All I could think of is was it made for display only? Not to be used?

The experience was not a guided tour and we weren't able to get to Ellis Island .This should have been stated when we got off at statue of liberty .

My 5 year old grandson had a awesome time. I got to see King Kong and was able to pretend the cars and buses were matchbox cars.

Worth it for the price and no hassle when I booked.I was scammed outside the ferry and I remembered I use your service before in Paris and didn't expect you have US.I wished I researched and booked sooner .
