I really enjoyed the presentations about the history of the Palm. The View was awesone. The staff was kind. One of the best destinations in Dubai.

The views from the lookout are worthwhile and it is also interesting to see how they built the palm tree. It was easy to book with Headout.

Ticket scanning went fine, no queue and quick upstairs. Pity was a bit of the bad glass, which made it appear a bit worse visibility.

Mix up with getting access to tickets but helpful staff on site resolved the issue. Spectacular views so glad we visited The Palm *****

We stayed at Dukes The Palm hotel for 7 days in November with a large family. We liked the hotel very much, especially the sea. The sea was very beautiful, there was a beautiful view of the ocean from my room. Dinner was extra, I went for dinner, 190 AED for one person, all drinks (non-alcoholic, alcoholic) were charged in addition to this price. We used the Careem program and went to Mac Donalds, KFC, etc. These were more affordable. We visited Dubai to the fullest and had a nice vacation

The Palm view is absolutely stunning. Before you go up to the 52nd floor you go through the hall with all the palm construction history details. It was very interesting to deep dive into these details and create a better understanding of it.

The entire experience from booking a last minute appointment to the actual show & tell was fantastic. Having a birdeye view of the palm was mesmerizing. A must see

We loved the experience. The360 degree view was mesmerizing. We would suggest book the tickets of 54th floor to get non obstructed view. We would highly recommend this spot. Go for sunset time.

The ascent and view from the palm tree is amazing. It's worth seeing what people can do when the price of investment doesn't matter. I recommend taking the train and going up to the observation deck.

Wonderful experience. If you want to experience from 54th floor reach at top before 4 pm. Because prime hours are from 4.30 pm to 7 pm. During that time you can't visit 54th ffloor.

A fantastic experience. Impossible to grasp the scale of the 'Palm' without seeing it with your own eyes. The little video and light show at the beginning gives a real foretaste of what is to come.

The supporting information presentations and dispalys are excellent. It extends the visit and makes it more than "just a view" At the end of the day it is just a view and it was searing hot - so you did not want to stay outside too long. Thus I would give it a "good" not "excellent" rating

Everything was great, it was easy to buy tickets, with the online tickets we could go up a little bit earlier and there was less waiting time! The view from the lookout was unforgettable!!!!!
