I'm very appreciative of both these tours. I so wanted to see them. However, after 3 flight delays I knew I'd miss them. But the hotel suggested for me to just go ahead. They gave no fuss about letting me in at a different time slot. Now I wouldn't expect that on most tours but these were 2 that could be flexible. These were definitely 2 highlights of my trip.

Very well organised, smooth experience on the Eye and wonderful views of the sights of London. Not so good with the river cruise as we only had a 20 minute cruise! We saw some great sites, but only went from the Eye around to the Tower and then had to disembark or pay to go to Greenwich. We felt that we didn't have the time that we were paying for. This spoiled a 70th birthday treat slightly.

The view from the London Eye. The travel was smooth and transition was fast. The Thames River crusie was interesting and informative regarding famous buildings around the River.

The tour points were trės good. However, the term "flexible" didn't mean what I thought it meant, and we were disappointed not to be able to do the cruise in the return direction. Your explanations were not clear

This application worked very well, it was easy to use. The view from the London Eye was beautiful and amazing. We could see the whole city, we had a very good seat in the cabin. Perfect location for the London Eye, everything is about 5 minutes away. The Thames River cruise was a really special experience. Unfortunately it was too cold to sit outside all the time, but inside the boat it was very warm. We saw a lot of beautiful buildings and got a lot of information thanks to the tour guide who spoke on the boat. It was a special experience to travel on the Thames.

The fact of going and returning on the same boat could be improved. Changing boats on London Bridge to return to the London Eye was complicated and time consuming.

The speed of the cruise and London Eye activities was incredible Lo don Eye, the view of London is magical and the cruise takes us close to the monuments, giving us an incredible view.

The cruise is worth it. The organization and the views were very good, as well as the explanations of the guide. The only negative part is that the trip only includes the "one way". If you want to go back to the point of origin, they make you buy another ticket and pay even more.

Our guide was delightful, she was friendly, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. The art was beautiful as was the gallery. Thank you for a memorable experience.

It wasn't good that it wasn't clear that we had to change ships. And the one we were supposed to take wasn't waiting.

Great aerial view of London with just enough information to be well taught. Both the Eye and the cruise were perfect for our first full day in the UK.

The process was very straightforward and stress free. Mt partner and I absolutely loved the added value of the riverboat sightseeing cruise. We are so glad we went with Headout!!!!

The ride on the London Eye was great. Super organized, despite long queues it went quickly. TOP! The boat trip was difficult as no one knew where to go and where we were allowed to go with the ticket. So we only went from London Eye to Tower Bridge. But this trip was great. Super funny guide who explained everything to us.
