The museum itself is inadequately signposted and difficult to follow. Adding to that the app is just as difficult to follow for both reasons the whole guided tour was difficult to follow.

The experience the details are very painting. It was exquisite. I have no words to describe what I felt in the moment of watching every painting sculpture, and at the same time, getting educated on the history of each painting.

Although my stay was usually two days, reservations for the Orsay and Louvre museums made it possible to visit both without having to stand in endless lines.

I bought tickets for the big bus from these guys recently in Paris .. at first I was concerned was it a scam site. It wasn't the tickets arrived instantly along with a link to download them .. every thing was smooth .. I downloaded the big bus app and it was very easy to understand

PLEASE, IN THIS ERA, IN 2025, THE LANGUAGES OF THE AUDIO GUIDE SHOULD INCLUDE TURKISH AND EVEN ALL LANGUAGES. Great experience and a excellent service and help from Miss Julia in Rome. She was a great support and guide to understand our tourist trip in Rome

We had to stand in a small line for admission, but nothing prohibitive. The audio guide gave us an organized tour, providing information about the main works in the museum.

It saved us time, money and effort to see a lot of important landmarks around Paris. It made our travel experience in Paris a very fulfilling one. It was awesome 👌.

Ticketing was easy, the ride comfortable and we enjoyed the info and banter on the attractions. One sad thing was the one time we wanted to get on the bus and the driver argued with us there was no room when there were clearly plenty of spaces on the upper deck where we wanted to sit. He wasn't nasty just adamant. Eventually he let us on to check and we reported back to him how many empty places there still were.

Having to pay 50 Euros extra for a 5' delay is borderline rip-off, because it's not true to say that the tickets are nominative. The group was still there when we arrived. We could very well have joined it. What's more, the cruise tickets were old - one dated 2023 and the other October 2024. A rather disappointing experience in the end, only the guide (Mo) raised the level.

Booked for 11:30, by 11:35 we were inside. Don't be frightened by the long line outside. They are very organized. I recommend downloading the guides first, if not it gets a little complicated, but doable.

My booking was at 11:00am and it was 12:00pm and they still hadn't sent me my tickets. There were too many people and the lines were very long and the internet was not working. It was an hour wait in the cold and rain for my tickets to arrive. I did not like the service. I was finally able to get in and see a little because I had so little time left on my travel itinerary.

The big bus train was great. Several stops and accessible all day long. As for the Eiffel Tower, the top was reimbursed very quickly as it was forbidden to go higher than the 2nd floor on the same day due to the wind and cold. On the other hand, we are French and our guide only spoke English. Too bad we didn't get to enjoy the details of the guided tour. The meeting point was easy to find, thanks to the signs.

An outstanding collection of art and artefacts from around the world. Nicely laid out so you could see everything. The Mona Lisa room was a total disaster- a wall of people crammed in this room for a 2 second view of the painting. Almost not worth the effort as there were plenty of spectacular artwork from the same period in other rooms.

Would just to pint out if had to wait for the bus which I understand. But did not like that people was trying to cut the line to get on the bus and the support team did not enforce that they needed to go back to the line. Understand there are a lot of rude people. But some enforcement might help.

Everything worked as. it was supposed to work. We did not stand in long lines, but spent our time inside seeing as much as we could before we hit saturation.

More like a wholesale clothing store than a museum, it doesn't make you want to see, appreciate and look. Just lots of meaningless paintings next to each other and with tiny written labels. Not up to the reputation of the louvre
