Everything worked as. it was supposed to work. We did not stand in long lines, but spent our time inside seeing as much as we could before we hit saturation.

More like a wholesale clothing store than a museum, it doesn't make you want to see, appreciate and look. Just lots of meaningless paintings next to each other and with tiny written labels. Not up to the reputation of the louvre

I still had to wait in line, definitely longer than those who were without reservations and they were definitely a minority. Recommended entrance to the lions gate, but they directed us to the pyramid

I did not receive my tickets on my mailbox that I had given. I thought it was a scam, even though you told me the day before that my tickets would be sent. It took all the dexterity of the staff at the Louvre to get them back, and they recommended that I work with the Louvre site rather than other more complicated sites.

Excellent experience, i am not used to traveling and i didn't mind the wup they sent me upon arrival in France where the two official louvre tickets were attached. once at the museum i called assistance and they solved my problem in less than ten seconds.... great guys

Amazing got to see all the site we wanted to see and hop off and on to different destinations was well worth the price even my 11 and 13 year old girls loved it thank you a amazing experience highly recommend PARIS WAS UNREAL 🥰🇫🇷

I was concerned after purchasing and reading other Headout reviews that we might have problems getting in to the museum. Museum entry all went well though. We arrived early as suggested and joined the queue which moved fairly quickly. However despite downloading the audio guide prior to the visit when we arrived the app would not open.

I was impressed with the professional and efficient manner the staff crowd entering the museum. In spite of the huge amount of people, the process moved quickly and calmly.

Everything about the museum was fantastic ,painting, statues, so much to see we were there fo 4 hours and we still never seen everything so we will need to go again

The louvre was beautiful. Tickets worked smoothly but were not skip the line like we thought. Didn't have access to an audio tour either but didn't mind. Walked at our our pace and spent many hours there. I think we were really just happy the tickets got us in since we're read done negative review after ordering them. And we Had an issue with a past ticket not working a few days before. Still haven't heard from Headout about that ticket yet. I would make sure you chat with them prior to the event to make sure you have the right ticket format. Some purchases will say they will email the tickets to you but we didn't get them that way, we had to ask for them through the chat. I gave this review 5 stars because it all worked out for this event.

I had booked 10:30 as the time instead I got 11:30 as the time slot. other than that everything was fine. The tickets arrived the night before. The guide was present at the meeting point and was clear and very nice. I must say all ok

The museum deserves to be deserved. I had problems with getting tickets, I had to call and solicit among other things all in English over the phone. I managed to get my tickets and arrived there the extra charge paid for the audio guide was not valid, it was a fake. Next time I will definitely buy on the official website to avoid such hassles.

Beautiful experience that allows even those who have difficulty walking much to be able to enjoy the beauty of the city in comfort

Audio guide took a long time to download, needed to be re-downloaded multiple times & once it loaded the guide was really underwhelming.

All of it. Head count disappointing as had assumed headphones were the official Louvre ones which they were not. So had to pay again

Museum was superb. So much to see. Excellent map to guide you around the exhibits. Wasn't too overcrowded at time of visit. Slight confusion on entry time as booking and ticket time different. Great reminders and regular contact from Headout Loved visit and highly recommend.

The Louvre was amazing. Having prepaid tickets made it very easy. We did not need to purchase an audio guide. It was easy to walk around with just the map. So much to see.

Ordering process: Tickets for the Louvre were no longer available in other online stores for our time period, so we made a reservation with an audio guide and paid immediately via headout. We were promptly notified of the reservation, but we were a little unsure whether it would work due to some of the reviews. A few days before the visit, we were informed about changes to the entrance due to the Olympic Games. The reservation was confirmed two days before the visit. On the day itself, everything went smoothly, the digital ticket worked perfectly and we had a wonderful visit to the Louvre. Louvre: The building is impressive in size and splendor and the paintings and sculptures carry you away. The visit to the Louvre was definitely the highlight of our trip to Paris.
