It was simple to get tickets and the instructions were simple. The Palace was amazing and easy to follow with the crowds.

Time slot wise entry. Palace was beautiful 🤩 cloudy weather made it more memorable and mesmerizing. Worth visiting there. Must visit place in Lisbon.

I really liked the Pena Palace, but not the Moorish Castles. Very tiring with difficult access. I didn't think the combo was worth it

The access was perfect to the Pena Palace you have to be half an hour before at the lower entrance from there it is quite a distance to the Palace entrance

My girlfriend was screaming at me on the Tuc Tuc because of the traffic and we got lost and the man in the Tuc Tuc tried to bring us to his home. But other than this the Palace Pena was a great experience. Thanks to the Tuc Tuc we made in time 👍

No problems with tickets from headout. The issues are more around the stress caused by getting to the experience in the right time frame, or else your tickets will not be accepted. The palace is up a big hill, you need a bus or taxi to get there. The Uber had trouble finding us, and we were very stressed. The palace was also very busy, and we were there on a Monday!

Did not enjoy the huge amounts of people allowed inside on each time slot. Getting pushed from behind by other guests and the staff shouting to move along. Wanting to move forward but unable to. Treated like a herd of cattle. Not an enjoyable experience at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks to skip the interior and just take it in from outside

The views were awesome! And the palace was beautiful. The queue was a bit confusing, but otherwise the experience was amazing.

WE LOVED EVERYTHING, it is spectacular! We took the 17:00 entrance, although we entered half an hour earlier, we saw the sunset on one of the balconies of the palace and it was amazing!

That is a must see while in Sintra. We walked from the village to see both Castles, the Moorish and the Pena. Although it was very busy with tourists (us included), long line up, but once we were inside the Pena castle, it was easy to get around without being overcrowded. We also had a nice lunch at the Pena cafeteria before leaving.

We opted for the Fast Track experience at Pena Palace and everything was perfect. The instructions received after purchasing the tickets online could not have been clearer.

Things that could be better: The information available about getting to the castle was still not clear. The address provided on my ticket and on google maps did not send me to the castle, it sent me a one hour walk away. This really messed up my planning, as I was techincally an hour and a half late after rushing through an intense hike through the mountain. I also felt rushed through the tour by the other guests. It felt like we couldn't move at our own pace and we were being cattled through. It wasn't until I got to the upper floor where the church was that I felt like I could actually take my time.

The park was amazing!!! The palace needed some work- I felt like we didn't see much of the palace and it was not in the best condition.

To get to the palace from the gate it took no more than 15 minutes so we were at the door very early. I missed information about the parking the car. That was the reason we took the tuck-tuck which wasn't cheap. The palace is wonderful! Garden is huge, was worth to go!

Amazing, I loved the palace and rhe park was so nice as well. Keep in mind once you enter you have around 10-20 minutes until you reach the entrance of the pena palace

It is very easy to make bookings and confirmation come through immediately. Tickets are easy to use and no print out is needed. Discount is offered for repeated bookings and the combo bookings are with good vales for money. Thanks for headout.

Beautiful park. You can spend a lot of time just relaxing and walking through the park. The palace is quite crowded this time of year.

It was very easy to order online the same day. I didn't buy the option to get in the castle but if I had, I would have gotten a time slot 3 hours after. Ticket came to my phone and there was no wait at the park in early Kctover. I would use this service again.

The site is beautiful, with spectacular views. The rooms showed a great richness of wood, coffered ceilings, fabrics, etc. On the downside, there were too many people.
