Nothing: the reception staff made fun of us by making us wait along a barrier, well behind the bus stop. They kept coming back to us, telling us not to move "or they'd take our seats"! As a result, everyone passed us to get on the bus. We got on 3/4 of an hour late. Then there was traffic jam, so the route was shortened, and we couldn't get to Notre-Dame. Like many others, we asked to get off before the end of the route so as not to be late for the show we had booked.

Honestly awful. I'd like my money back. The bus line was aggressive, operators pushing the crowd. Poorly communicated. Freezing cold. No blankets. Audio not informative and grossly delayed. Stuck in traffic the whole time. Driver refused to let us off after agreeing to earlier. Seats very uncomfortable
