The Statue of Liberty Museum is very interesting. At the Immigration Museum on Ellis Island, we were put in the shoes of someone arriving for a new life in the United States. The audioguide is well done, but we got a bit confused at the end of the first wing when trying to find what to do next. There were other possible routes through the museum.

They were both original experiences only available in NYC. The One Summit is a fantastic, well made and interactive family adventure. The Edge is yet another one in a life time feat of fear, walk on the glass to test your nerves. We loved both, thanks.

This attraction actually made us go 'wow' on more that one occasion. Each room was filled with surprises and the weather was amazing so our views were particularly spectacular. We loved all the senses & the different experiences along the way. There was no rush to move on so we enjoyed the attraction at our own speed. It was one of the top things we did during our NY visit

Simply beautiful from start to finish.
It is very large and the views beautiful, it corresponded to us at sunset time so it was even better , 10/10.

Perfect booking. We did the Summit by night and the Edge by day. Fantastic experience! Despite the crowds, these two places are a must!

Having visited the attraction a while ago before the opening of the museum I was looking foward to once again looking inside the statue.i purchaced my tickets for the trip to the island without realising that I needed to pre book the visit inside the statue...this was not well publisized I had travelled from England with this in mind and was unable to get tickets on the day.....very disappointing...however the museum was excellent.

Truly an unforgettable experience! The Summit Vanderbilt offers one of the most panoramic and stunning views of Manhattan. Sharing that breathtaking skyline with my love on my 55th birthday made the moment even more extraordinary. A spectacular way to celebrate!

The Statue of Liberty and the history in the museum is impressive 10/10 beautiful experience because of the punctuality and accessibility to take pictures.

The whole experience was so well organized. And so unique! The excitement started in the elevator, and continued through to the reflection room, the sphere room, and the levitation room! And the outdoor deck provides an alternative, peaceful, end to the experience! The unique experience would I believe put it "a level above" any other usual observation deck experience.

Seamless ticketing experience but the entry to battery park was closed and hence had to go round and round before catching the ferry..

I was 5 years old again, all my happy hormones went into overdrive. Totally awesome!!! Wonderful. The only thing I would have liked was for the ticket to include 1 photo of the ones taken by the machine before going to the bar.

The museum experience makes you live closely the magnitude of the attack and the buildings as you walk along the base of the line of pillars where the twin towers stood, the museum is a large space with a majestic architecture, with 2 screening rooms of 15 minutes, It houses different elements of the remains of the towers, as part of its antenna, and in the central part of its basement is the memorial, a square room where on its walls are displayed in alphabetical order the photos of the 3000 victims of the attack, as well as an interactive area for visitors to leave their message. They rent audio guides for $15 that explain the exhibition in your language. It is well worth a visit.

We were in New York as a family. We booked the excursions in advance. We liked both attractions, "The Summit" even more.

Working with Headout was easy on my phone. Visiting the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island was very moving and emotional. We didn't have tickets to go inside the statue, but wished we had bought them. The tickets were reasonably priced, which was a big plus for us. Everyone working with our excursion were polite and knowledgeable. It was so interesting to see how the statue was built and shipped. The enclosed pictures help to show the scale of her size.

We really liked that we could enjoy on our own. We tried the audio phones, however unsuccessfully. My husband could not hear we tried several different things but no luck. The phones were frustrating to my daughter also. I read everything for them, we really enjoyed the history. Even though the weather was somewhat uncooperative, it was a fabulous experience and we were so glad to have experienced.
