I had an appointment for 2 p.m. and I arrived. I was put on the flight very quickly. I was lucky to be with the pilot who flew very well and professionally. The explanations in flight were clear even with my low level of English. For the technical part, the Safety video was clear, the ground staff very rigorous for access to the helicopter. For the maintenance of the helicopter (being a pilot myself) you can go up with complete confidence the machines are well maintained. In conclusion I recommend

The overall experience was not upto the expectations. The helicopter did not even show closer view to the Statue of Liberty. Neither did he provide us enough time to click pictures.
We did not get any professional picture from their team as well.

It was my first time flying. This was on my bucket list. I flew with my son. It was a beautiful experience. The flight was very smooth. The pilot played us music that made the experience even better. The staff are very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend it.
