My kids werent able to try all the rides but they liked Tailspin. We all liked Lazy River. The park staff were all accommodating especially the food servers who made efforts to find us and bring our food over.

The best day in Bali. Perfect for the family.. Very clean place, very organised, food is amazing too.. We spent 2 day there.. So much fun 😊

The animals were close enough for my children to see them it was really great At other zoo we visit the animals are hard to see and very far away It was good with a double pram The bus came fast for a ride to the elephants and the pram fit it is wheelchair friendly SO many play areas too near the cafes it is really family oriented Nice staff Can feed animals as well cor extra Price There's no cafe to sit at with aircon which is the only flaw We didn't go to the water park because there was a school visiting and lots and lots of big kids

My daughters being scared of the smash down and me forcing them to do it😂, they did it and it was an amazing experience! Definitely will come back

My 10 yo daughter tried almost every ride and loved the whole experience. The new ones near the swim up bar were my favorite, and being able to watch my family from the pool nearby was relaxing for me also.

The whole family, my daughter, my wife and myself enjoyed the water rodes whole day. It was great fun. The food is also amazing. I am sure everyone at Waterbom regardless the age have enjoyed it.

Like Wet 'n' Wild in Queensland but with much shorter queues. The wristband to pay for stuff on the day was a winner. Rides of different thrill levels to suit everyone. Kids lasted longer than expected in the kids area. Recommend.

We had a great experience especially feeding the elephant and watching the orgunantus enjoy the sprinkler.

The animals were gorgeous, especially the elephants and orangutans; the day was perfect. We loved all the different shows and animal explanations. Will definitely recommend to others!

Not busy and you can feed few different animals but I wish they would announce on their website what animals are not available as we were not able to see the lions (one of the icons) but we only found out when we were all the way to come.

Booking tickets online was simple and easy, everything was explained very well, on arrival all staff were courteous and helpful. Easy process to obtain locker and towels, then we were ready to explore the park. All water slide rides were excellent and exciting, lunch prices were very reasonable and food was great, overall we all had a great day and enjoyed the experience

Septi the Orangutan was definitely our highlight. Disappointed to not see "Jacky" the 48 year old Orangutan. Had an interaction with him in 2017 which was awesome. Love hugging the elephants. Booking was very easy.
