Combo: The Museum of Broadway + Edge Observation Deck Timed Entry Tickets

Oh my! I think the whole experience was amazing especially the glass floor to the ground. The edge even had the best seat in the house-the disabled toilet. Easy access. Organisation of getting in and out was excellent. Location was fantastic. Transport to and from was good. Having the shops and the Vessel and the skyline walk near was good too. However, there wasn't one corner of the Edge that I couldn't embrace with awe! The only negative thing to report is that the refreshments are far too expensive!!!! $6 for a Coke!!!

Absolutely everything very easy, I presented my QR code at the entrance and that was it. I had booked at 4 pm and I was able to stay at sunset and see the city by day and night! It was spectacular. I highly recommend it.

The views were amazing and on a winters day visibility was great you could see for miles on all directions. Definitely a highlight of my trip to NYC, the whole complex at Hudson Yards is fantastic

Because it was so cold, it was relatively quiet. Overall, the venue and experience are well done, relevant and the view exquisite

Easy ticketing, easy process to get online and get on the elevators to the floors, clean, just very well organized. Went midday, still beautiful views.. much nicer than we expected.

The one I was most looking forward to doing but also the scariest for me,trying to stand on or walk across a glass platform 1100mtrs above ground is something that will last with all that do it,just be aware that it does get very windy up there too.

The views are amazing. Unfortunately the outdoor deck was closed and we had to just "take a chance" it would open up shortly as we were heading back to Ireland the following day we waited as did 100's of others so it was very cramped inside. Luckily after 2 checks (40 mins ish) they opened up part of the outdoor deck. I admit it was very windy but the view is great and the atmosphere is brilliant. Definitely enjoyed it and would recommend.

I could have spent all day on the observation deck. This experience was amazingly breathtaking. The only downside was when trying to leave. The line to exit was wrapped around twice with no clear beginning or end. There were so many people you really could not move. In the event of an emergency, it could have ended poorly. Establishing a better exit strategy will make this experience even more magical than it already was.

I visited the Edge in the morning and it was great because there were few people so I was able to take advantage of the opportunity to see the city and take photos more calmly

Many compliments because the view is the best in New York, your staff very nice, I loved noticing that they clean the windows every now and then! Very good experience! I would recommend it !

Never felt crowded, weather could have been clearer. Spectacular views all around. Staff clearly there to serve people and ready to assist.

The elevator ride at the beginning was really nice and this made us even more excited! We combined day light with sunset and even when it was really crowded the vibe was amazing! We were allowed to skip the line as a couple when heading back downstairs so this went really fast which made us expierence complete 🤗

It is an amazing building, thoughtful and conservational. Staff were great and we received excellent customer service. Definitely recommend.

We had a good time at Edge and 360 views of Manhattan's city was unique. Their staff members were friendly and helpful. Due to bad weather, we missed outside deck experience.

When we arrived at our time slot it was damp and cloudy. We were advised that we could re schedule for later that day. This worked out great as the visibility was much better in the afternoon. Floor to ceiling glass allowed us to see so much and take the most amazing pictures👍🏻

Well, the view is spectacular, watching Manhattan, the attention, and especially the photos through the glass and looking down. Nice everything. 👍👍

What i enjoyed- of course it was beautiful. We went at 4 so we could take pictures. It was absolutely worth going to see. What I did not e joy-they did not set a limit of people. It eas super crowded. Yhey did not set a time limit on prime areas for picture taking and we barely got a turn at the severe angle wall and all of our pictures on the glass floor area contained other people. It was frustrating. It would have been so much better if there was a timer for how long couples and families could spend at each area.. Also, I didn't feel the digital picture book was worth it. You take pictures as you go in and they put in the backdrop. Give it a fence so much nicer if someone was out there on the deck taking pictures of you with your loved ones. They could scan a band on your wrist. It took 30 minutes in line due to it being so crowded. If I came to new york again and I had a guest with me, The edge would be on my list of things to do. In the end it was a stunning experience and i'm glad that I did it. I really appreciate the staff and they're kindness.

I loved it. It was amazing of my first experience being 900 feet in the air with my best friend that I know for since I was a child. It was the best experience of my life. I will come back again.
