Rijksmuseum Entrance Tickets

The staff was extremely helpful at the front desk, it's a beautiful museum and spectacularly laid out, all in all a great visit!

Very great experience to visit the museum with a combined ticket with 1 hour of navigation on the Amsterdam canals. It wasn't possible to book a mid-day slot for the museum visit that morning, but thanks to the combination ticket I was able to plan a visit from midday onwards and then, go on with the mini-cruise, and be at the airport on time afterwards.

It was good to see several paintings again such as the Night Watch and several other classic paintings. Also nice to see the restoration.

Love this museum! Our guide was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The audio glitches were unfortunate but not his fault. It was borderline infuriating that we missed 20 minutes of our tour because we had to wait so long for the elevator...and we missed several attempts because when a group including a stroller or carriage came out, the door closed so quickly we weren't able to get in with our wheelchair. In typical Dutch fashion, far too many obviously able-bodied folks got in quickly and the door closed.

It was a good idea to book the tickets on headout. No line, quick entrance to the museum. The Rijksmuseum is awesome. You really need time to see everything. Plan at least 4 hours and be aware of the fact that it closes quite early (5 p.m.). That really was the problem for us. We had another great museum before and couldn't see all we wanted.

The guide's knowledge on the arts was impressive. Enjoyed every minute of it. If you have an arts background I would highly recommend Martina's as a guide.

It was good, but could be more clear about the reservation of the cruise tour, since it's a combo ticket we were redirected to 2 places and the staff wasn't sure how we can book and use the ticket for the cruise.

Our guide chose one particualr period to focus on, which was an excellent approach, in my view, as this included Rembrandt and Vermeer and their contemporaries. Our guide was entusisastic and highly knowedgeable and offered insights which were really interesting and relevant. The two hours passed very quickly and despite the numbers looking at the more famous paintings, we were able to enjoy these masters. It really was a memorable visit and one my son and I are unlikely to forget.

I was able to enter the museum without having to wait and I really enjoyed both the building and the large number of fantastic exhibits and works of art. The library, the works by Vermeer and the special exhibition were my highlights. The cafeteria and store are also first class. An all-round successful museum in which I spent a full 6 hours and will be happy to return.

I found the app hard to use (I'm a bit technophobic) would be good if I could put tickets in my google wallet - I know where that is. Sadly didn't make the Rijksmuseuem due to cancelled trams/buses on the day

The museum itself is in this beautiful building in a fun area of Amsterdam. It so happened that there was a protest that closed down the museum for our entry windoww so we were unable to enter. However, Headout took good care of us -- which was amazing! Thx!

Opposite of rush and expected much less time than expected... We saw 3 items in 45 minutes?!? Guide Spent way too much time on 3 paintings, ignored all items in the rooms? We did Van Gogh in approximately same time 4 floors, listening to audio saw every painting saw everything!! The staff at Rijksmuseum were awesome tho!!!

The proximity to the museum staff is excellent, being able to ask questions and simply comment on the paintings.
