Despite the crowds, the time slots allow you not to queue. All the attendants really nice, except one really rude and arrogant blond lady. Maybe it was an off day.

Good experience, Florence full of art. Old palace beautiful but there are more beautiful monuments in the city. Only flaw in the ticket tour is that audio guide would have been included but at the appropriate time the headout app did not give it to me. Of the rest efficient tour packages.

Didn't actually need the reserved time ticket as there was no line when we arrived but with only a short visit in Firenze I didn't want to risk missing out. They let us in early and we explored the museum on our own. It is very impressive! The art and architecture are beyond belief and have held up so well over the years. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Tickets were easy to acquire and entry was very simple. Palazzo Vecchio was a beautiful and interesting place to explore.

A unique experience to see two Medici tombstones in the New Sacristy. The masterpiece of the most famous sculptor Michelangelo Buonarroti.

Good to have a time slot and not worry about long waits. Lots of grandure and art ,and frescoes.Great main hall ,well worth a visit if in Florence

Tremendous architecture history and culture wrapped up in one amazing building. Stunning map room at top and end of the tour _ big surprise and very unique.

The Palazzo Vecchio was amazing and more than I expected. So many hidden gems, it's definitely worth the entry fee. I highly recommend a visit.

I like the information provided by the guide most. And the picture of the midget was very funny, his arse was on the other side.

Gar kein Anstehen, Billet an der richtigen Stelle vorgewiesen und schon ging es rein 👍🏻 Rucksäcke und Taschen müssen abgegeben werden, das ist aber kostenlos und wir hatten das Glück, das wir auch dort nicht anstehen mussten und auch gleich noch auf die Toilette konnten. Alles in allem gelungener und eindrücklicher Besuch. Tipp: Kurz vor Feierabend Ticket buchen, dann hat es weniger Leute (wir waren um 17 Uhr und praktisch alleine...)

The Chapel, beautiful. As I went early, I avoided the crowds of tourists. The procedure was easy and simple.

The ticket was directly available and it was easy to get into the museum. Very nice!

There were not many people, it was quiet and you could be at ease.

It was easy to get in - however, might not have needed a skip the line ticket when we were there over New Years - much of the year it might be crowded, but check - might just need a regular ticket. However, this made it easy and a guaranteed enjoyable experience.

Thanks to online booking I was able to choose day and time without standing in line at the ticket office. The Salone dei Cinquecento alone already immerses you in another dimension...😌 I'm sorry I couldn't book the guided tour to the secret quarters, next time I'll try to make it 👋

The Medici princes chapel and the Michelangelo chapels were just awe inspiring! And it was just lovely to be greeted by the staff who were still friendly and nice after what must have been such a super busy tourist season. This is why we love Italy and keep coming back!

The Palazzo Vecchio in Firenze was not really a very exciting museum visit. The art was mediocre and the palace itself lacks good taste. I thought the halls and rooms were not really very overwhelming. I had a nice outing and it got me out of the apartment and into the city centre again, which is always nice. Purchasing the ticket via Headout was very straightforward and a very good service. Very satisfying.

We were able to visit the museum without having to wait at the entrance. We were able to walk straight through and admire the impressive building.
