The experience was great, views breathtaking. However, it would have been better if we had been allowed to return to the observation deck following our dinner in the restaurant above and the drink at the bar. Especially as the bar was very crowded and the meal was very expensive. It would have been nice to get some nighttime photos from there.

The art science museum is look so nice but the place is a bit small can very past finish to walking but inside is very very good

The best portion was the supertree light show, would recommend the flower experience earlier in the day and the cloud dome/supertree in the evening or a separate day. You will need a separate ticket for the 4D movie in the flower experience.

We could watch the National Day fireworks from there and that made it very enjoyable. But it was very crowded and hardly any seats were provided for the elderly.

The gardens are lovely, great views from the top of the tree. The floral hall and floral designs are great. Really enjoyed the day

insta-worthy exhibit and world class customer service, very professional attendants manning exhibition halls. Entry via WR code was a breeze too!

No problems with our online tickets when we arrived at the different sights we had chosen. Quick and easy to book and just kept PDF on my phone for access. Also have free wifi in the park. Magical experience being up the super trees during the free light and music show.

Good ticketing, great view from the Observation Deck, but only limited drinks options and limited seating was a disappointment.

This tour in Singapure was the absolute highlight of my vacation in Singapure. Artscience museum is awesome.

The best experience we had in Singapore. The view from the top is amazing .

When I purchaded the tickets it only gave me option of the non peak up till 4pm and the Peak tickets from 5pm (the ones we purchased). So we thought we would head there about 6pm so we could watch the view from dusk into dark to get the best effects. I went online to check how long we could stay up there and it said you could stay as long as you like. Upon getting there at 6pm we were denied access as the person told us that our entry time was 8:30. Now, at no time when i was booking these tickets was I highlighted to the fact that 8:30pm was our entrance time. I was not happy. The Lady then showed me once we brought up the PDF ticket that it shoed 8:30pm. I was not impressed. Once we did get up there it was a bit dissapointing that there was just a large deck with a few seats around the pole in the middle. I was thinking there there would have been quite a number of high tables and chairs around the edge of he deck so you could relax with a drink seated and enjoying the view. Drinks were also limited. I think they could do more in regards to highlighting entrance times when you book (not just Peak and non peak hours) and a more enjoyable comfortable seating and viewing arangements for the price of the tickets. I very rarely complain about a venue or tickets to entertainment but this was below par for what you got. View fantastic, the rest very under par.

The platform was originally closed due to the storm, but was spontaneously reopened after an hour and we were still able to enjoy the view. All the staff were extremely friendly.

What I did not like we were not emailed the actual tickets to get entry. You needed wifi to download the app to get the tickets. We had to line up at the event at the ticket office to get advice how to proceed. The events were great.
