We had a great time at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore , it was a breathtaking view to see the sunset and all those skyscrapers from the upper deck. By buying the tickets from your company ahead of time made it easy, we did not have to wait long lines. We only needed to scan our phone on a side line and was not issue. Thank you.

The visit to the platform was very impressive. The view of the Sydney skyline and the Garden of the Bay is fantastic.

Ticketing experience was not great as they did not me an email. But your people were so helpful trying to fix the situation- they get 10 stars. We loved the ride but your workers trying to fix the missing Conniestothard@yahoo.com - spectacular.

It's totally not worth the money or the effort. Tickets are way to expensive and the view is just OK. I have seen the view from the bottom and I didn't feel that the deck gave me advantage. Amount of people is horrendous and waiting for the lift to go down is a nightmare.

Everything was silky smooth, ticket booking process in headout , timely and super efficient entry, management of no of visitors, super fast lifts and to top it all- the views from top deck was out of the world. Viewing the light show of marina ans gardens by the bay was icing on the cake

The observation desk was closed on 14 January 2025 and we had to buy new tickets for the Cloud forrest as we were told by the ticket office that the tickets you sold us were not valid and Flower Dome was also closed. Please refund.

Unfortunately our event was cancelled. We have since received a full refund, so will have to rebook the next time we are in Singapore.

When we arrived it was closed due to thunderstorm, asked to return later when it had passed. We did get to do this as they did reopen after the storm had passed. I booked for 6.30pm to be able to see the veiws in day light and whatch it get dark and see it all light up at night. We were a bit late doing this but was still early enough to do what we had planned. A MUST DO IN SINGAPORE.

The ease of getting there. The ease of getting through the line. Lots to do between wait for the lift. Most of all i loved the beautiful night view. Recommend the night flight!

I liked the excellent organization and assistance during boarding, the modernity of the facility and especially the panoramic view at sunset with the of the city lit

The view coupled with the running commentary. The AV show on the history of Singapore was excellent. The booking experience was good. Wish there were markers for certain landmarks especially Little India and Chinatown.

The views from the Marina Bay Sands and the light shows seen from there, both at the Marina and the Gardens by the bay.

Buying and redeeming our tickets was super easy. I downloaded the app and everything was smooth sailing The Flyer was great although it was rainy the day we were there. Still super enjoyable. Gardens of the bay is fantastic. Loved everything about it. The light show was out of this world. Highly recommend

The journey was excellent. The price what I got from the site (SGD 40 pax) was more than what others purchased for the same ride around SGD 30 to 34).

First off, it was easy purchasing the tickets online and no fuss going to the observation deck as long as you show them the proof of the tickets. The view on the observation deck was spectacular and you can see pretty much the whole of Singapore. Nobody rushed us so we were able to take our time admiring the view and taking pictures.

Great views and a lovely evening Great setting and quick access to the roof top Unable to access the cafe which was disappointing Music from the cafe was very loud which blocked out the sound from the light shows Had to fight for access spots due to crowds Staff very pleasant and helpful Drinks were available which was good at a smaller bar Lift amazingly quiet and quick

It was great that we had tickets for Flower dome and Flower Fantasy, museum and Rain Forest. WE really liked that combination. And I would recommend it.

The change from day to night watching the city lighting up. The walk way around the observation deck was great. Stayed for the lights in the Garden by the bay.

My nephew enjoyed Universal very much and went on as many rides as he could. Beware the water rides, take a raincoat or poncho 😁. Time capsule & Flyer were also good. As there weren't a lot of people we had a capsule to ourselves.

The experience was great, views breathtaking. However, it would have been better if we had been allowed to return to the observation deck following our dinner in the restaurant above and the drink at the bar. Especially as the bar was very crowded and the meal was very expensive. It would have been nice to get some nighttime photos from there.
