We absolutely loved our guide he was knowledgeable on the topics he shared with us during the tour and the one of the reasons I starred awesome, but it was not the tour I signed up for which was access to Notre Dame with a guided tour plus optional locations. What we received was the optional locations which were very interesting and we truly enjoyed, but then the tour ended with us standing at the Notre Dame plaza with no history of the cathedral provided. Your advertising of this particular tour is misleading as shown by your email which states the name of the tour as "Notre-Dame Cathedral & Optional Île de la Cité Guided Tour". You should change the name of this tour.

Our Guid Bruno was knowledgeble and engaging. In addition we inadvertently came for the tour a day early and Headout was able to accomodate us a day early.

There was no audio guide and it was frequently difficult to hear/understand the guide - especially when the group was moving between points of interest. This was a common view among the nine people who I know personally and who took the tour at different times during last weekend.

I misunderstood your description and thought this included skipping the lines to get into Notre Dame. What I am VERY DISSATISFIED about was our tickets to the Louvre. Our tickets were not honored there and there was a sign indicating Headout, along with several other vendors tickets were not honored. We had to purchase admission tickets there!!!

Bruno was charming and gave us a very interesting account of Notre Dame's rebirth, which was a pleasure to see It was also great to be able to enter directly with the ticket without having to wait

If you can't get the free tickets on line, this is an economical alternative, and these are reserved tickets. We were there on a Monday, and the reserve line was just a few minutes while the general admission line looked like it would take a very long time to get in. The outdoor guided narrative was helpful.

It was unnecessary expense. Visitors without advance reservations were being let in albeit a longer line. Your notes should say, "look for the orange visitors with reservation line to the right side of the front of cathedral

Told to meet guide Emily at fountain with flag. Finally approach an group in court yard. Guide was Andre and no flag. Andre would have been better suited to give the tour in Spanish his first language.

We loved the cathedral and the whole experience but the audio guide wouldn't work for any of us. It kept timing out if we didn't touch the screen but if you touched the screen it jumped to the next guide. Then it wouldn't play when you went back. After like 8 tries we all gave up on it. Which sucks because the info was really good and were very interested.

Wonderful history and in Julie we had a wonderful guide who made history come alive Sje is do knowlegable and passionate about her sunject, it made it a very enjoyable experience

Download tickets and audio guide (and bring your headphones) before you leave your hotel. Signal is very weak near Notre Dame, and the download will take a lot of time. Your timed ticket has a half hour grace period--perfect for walkers who get distracted along the way to their destination. Once inside, respectfully, you should be very quite. The audio is a perfect companion and so informative.

The guide was very kind and interesting! And even though he's originally from Argentina, he made a great effort in French! Bravo for that!

Ticketing was easy. Most important was getting the skip the line timed entry to ND. Laura the guide was knowledgeable and very pleasant. It was great to see ND but the crowds made it quite unbearable. I suspect that will be threading fora long time to come. Laura the guide did not accompany us inside.

Very friendly guide. On the other hand: tickets sold for 32 went up to 39 in 48 hours? The explanations were interesting and the self-guided tour with time-stamped access practical. But it's very expensive for the service as a whole. We stayed on the forecourt for the historical presentation. Crypt access is extra. And you also have to pay inside to access the other part of Notre-Dame. There's an impression of abuse here for the part provided by Headout.

The exterior tour and visit to Notre Damme was one of the highlights of my stay in Paris. The very friendly guide, great communication skills and in-depth knowledge of art history made the experience of the highest quality. Many thanks to Benito!

Benito did a nice job of telling us the history of the Notre Dame. And it was beautiful to see. I do feel it was probably a bit overpriced for what we received.
