Despite the crowds, the time slots allow you not to queue. All the attendants really nice, except one really rude and arrogant blond lady. Maybe it was an off day.

Good experience, Florence full of art. Old palace beautiful but there are more beautiful monuments in the city. Only flaw in the ticket tour is that audio guide would have been included but at the appropriate time the headout app did not give it to me. Of the rest efficient tour packages.

Didn't actually need the reserved time ticket as there was no line when we arrived but with only a short visit in Firenze I didn't want to risk missing out. They let us in early and we explored the museum on our own. It is very impressive! The art and architecture are beyond belief and have held up so well over the years. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Tickets were easy to acquire and entry was very simple. Palazzo Vecchio was a beautiful and interesting place to explore.

Tremendous architecture history and culture wrapped up in one amazing building. Stunning map room at top and end of the tour _ big surprise and very unique.

The Palazzo Vecchio was amazing and more than I expected. So many hidden gems, it's definitely worth the entry fee. I highly recommend a visit.

I like the information provided by the guide most. And the picture of the midget was very funny, his arse was on the other side.

Gar kein Anstehen, Billet an der richtigen Stelle vorgewiesen und schon ging es rein 👍🏻 Rucksäcke und Taschen müssen abgegeben werden, das ist aber kostenlos und wir hatten das Glück, das wir auch dort nicht anstehen mussten und auch gleich noch auf die Toilette konnten. Alles in allem gelungener und eindrücklicher Besuch. Tipp: Kurz vor Feierabend Ticket buchen, dann hat es weniger Leute (wir waren um 17 Uhr und praktisch alleine...)

The beauty of the place and the atmosphere there

Thanks to online booking I was able to choose day and time without standing in line at the ticket office. The Salone dei Cinquecento alone already immerses you in another dimension...😌 I'm sorry I couldn't book the guided tour to the secret quarters, next time I'll try to make it 👋

The Palazzo Vecchio in Firenze was not really a very exciting museum visit. The art was mediocre and the palace itself lacks good taste. I thought the halls and rooms were not really very overwhelming. I had a nice outing and it got me out of the apartment and into the city centre again, which is always nice. Purchasing the ticket via Headout was very straightforward and a very good service. Very satisfying.

We were able to visit the museum without having to wait at the entrance. We were able to walk straight through and admire the impressive building.

I loved the whole exhibition, it was well curated and i did not have to stand in line. The entrance was really fast and it was not too crowded.

It's great to be able to book your time slot online, but you'll pay a lot more than if you book directly at the ticket office. The extra cost does, however, guarantee availability.

The collection of the tickets was easy, the guide showed us to the museum, and the collection is stunning. Wish we had allowed more time. 3 hours was not enough.

Of course everything is beautiful, palazzo vecchio with the uffizi are undoubtedly among the 7 beauties of humanity, but unfortunately the only problem is the heat. There is no adequate ventilation system for the increasing heat in recent years. It should be improved only in this aspect, cmq not to be underestimated.

It was very good that the tickets were so readily available online, the app worked well. We didn't have to wait at all and got into Palazzo Vecchio in comfort. Thank you very much for that!

It was key to get there at 9am when it opened. Less crazy busy in that area and the ability to enjoy the venue in a less rushed fashion. Very easy entry. Process all smooth!

Il museo del Bargello è stato al di sopra delle aspettative. È una metà irrinunciabile nel tour di Firenze. Anche Palazzo Vecchio è spettacolare, a cominciare dalla piazza.
