Buying tickets via head out was super easy and fast.
The zoo was nice, but majority of restaurants was closed and the dolphinarium as well so we didn't get to see them at all. Otherwise it was nice, the zoo is big but not too large and animals have big enclosures.

it was a good, concise tour of Madrid, lots of information and history nuggets along the way, and the tour guide spoke excellent English!

There was only one entrance door for those who bought a ticket and also for those who already had one. The experience was incredible, I recommend arriving early to have enough time to visit the zoo in detail. It is a lot of fun
