Ticketing experience is very good with Headout, we even got discount while buying the tickets. Kecak Dance and fire show is good. Only drawback is we need to get physical ticket at the counter.

The Fire show was remarkable and extremely entertaining. The ticketing and entry to the stadium was chaotic and badly organised.

Very seem less process. Discount plus one can directly go to the entrance gate instead of ticket counter. You have to show the QR code at the entrance gate.

The venue and the energy of the show is exhilarating. The artists' engagement with the crowd and the comical conversations make the show really entertaining.

Show was great however they definitely oversold tickets that people were sitting on the floor. Start Time was an hour over. Line to the venue was too crowded any lot of people pushed that was not ideal. Not well organised. Couldn't get a refund for tickets purchased. Very bad experience.

We had to take VIP seats and pay for it in the upper part of the boat because it was very closed and hot downstairs. The rest was very good
