London Eye Admission Tickets

Arni was our guide for the London Eye Champagne Experience - he was the absolute best and made this expereience even better. He was friendly, funny, and professional. We were on board with 2 other couples which allowed us to easily walk around, see the sights, and take pictures. I would recommend arriving earlier to your resveration as they bring you to a private bar before hand with drinks/snacks for purchase. I wished we arrived a little earlier to enjoy this more.

A small problem when booking online, but everything turned out fine! The whole family, young and old, enjoyed this tourist attraction immensely: the viewpoints and panorama were superb, a magnificent spectacle from above!

Picture taking at the beginning was delaying the move of the queue. It should be optional or automatically done. Same at the exit, there should not be a line waiting to get out

For those who want to experience something special in London and want to have a great view, this experience is definitely recommended. The view is breathtaking (I can highly recommend this tour in the evening --> you can see the whole of London illuminated in a wonderful sea of ​​lights) At the beginning you wait in a lounge where you are then picked up, which is particularly useful in the cold months. Our guide Holly-Grace made the evening really sweet for us with her warm and loving manner. From the very first moment we felt comfortable and in good hands with her. She took photos of everyone and gave us lots of tips and information about London. A little side note: if you finish your glass of champagne quickly, you can buy another one on board The trip takes 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it feels much shorter because of all the impressions. For us, however, it was a wonderful end to our London trip.

Overall the experience was amazing! Because we did the champagne experience, it started off in the VIP lounge where we were able to have a drink while we waited for our slotted time. We were then greeted by our tour guide, Arnie, who was genuinely the best part of the entire experience! He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience that much better. He explained the history of certain landmarks and even gave us suggestions of good spots to explore post experience. The experience was approximately 30 minutes and we had a personal bottle of champagne served to us during the duration. Honestly all the staff that we encountered were so kind, friendly, and helpful. Keep up the great work everyone! I couldn't recommend this experience enough, it's a must do.

I think it is an expensive attraction for what it is. The time you book doesn't guarantee anything because you will have to wait in line anyway. It's a 20 minute ride, the cabin is shared with many more people and you don't enjoy the views very much. I would not repeat.

It's quick short and sweet. It was clean and safe. I would add a sign that says London eye's toilets because they were difficult to find at first. I was not sure whether the builder where the toilets were was a separate company or the same one.

Everything went smoothly. I can only recommend the ride on the London Eye. Everything was well organized and quick. There were five of us in the cabin, so we had plenty of space. The gondolas move very slowly, so you need half an hour for the ride. The view is fantastic. Next time I would go in the dark to see the city lights.

Sophie Jo was an AMAZING guide!! The view was incredible, the Champaign flowed. It was my second time on the London Eye but it was definitely the best!

Quite expensive for 30 min. and baby carriages must be folded up otherwise they are not allowed on the train. But otherwise very good view over London

I had accidentally double booked and was able to rebook the tickets to another day without any problem (same day and board directly). All the staff were super friendly.

The ticketing with Headout was good but the London Eye is chaotic. If I book for 15:45 to see the sunset, why do I have to be in the cue 30' and end up going up at 16:15? That was awful and disappointing, I think you should point that out on the website when booking for the schedules, so people know you won't be there for 30', it will be 1 hour instead, if you have other activities booked after the ride, you're fucked.

As expected the view is incredible (even though it was raining). Don't go if you are afraid of heights you can get a little light headed easily. The working team was nice and welcoming. We even went back at night to see its decorations !

My tickets didn't show on the app and customer services at London eye left me standing and blaming headout. They advised against booking your ticket via a third party company so sorry but next time I would go on the official London eye website for my tickets. We had an hour delay to get on and this messed up with other reservations we had that day so book plenty of time in order to avoid stress on your holidays!

I went with my family, with my 2 teenage children and my partner. We arrived about 10 min before the time, we queued for about 5 min and went up to the Ferris wheel, everything was perfect, very nice views. We took the photo as a souvenir
