London Eye Admission Tickets

The ticketing with Headout was good but the London Eye is chaotic. If I book for 15:45 to see the sunset, why do I have to be in the cue 30' and end up going up at 16:15? That was awful and disappointing, I think you should point that out on the website when booking for the schedules, so people know you won't be there for 30', it will be 1 hour instead, if you have other activities booked after the ride, you're fucked.

En principio la experiencia, a pesar de la niebla, fué buena. A mejorar la información en el recinto de intercambio de entradas que al no salir la reserva en las pantallas no especificaba cómo había que actuar ni había personal para la resolución de dudas. El resto muy bien

As expected the view is incredible (even though it was raining). Don't go if you are afraid of heights you can get a little light headed easily. The working team was nice and welcoming. We even went back at night to see its decorations !

My tickets didn't show on the app and customer services at London eye left me standing and blaming headout. They advised against booking your ticket via a third party company so sorry but next time I would go on the official London eye website for my tickets. We had an hour delay to get on and this messed up with other reservations we had that day so book plenty of time in order to avoid stress on your holidays!

I went with my family, with my 2 teenage children and my partner. We arrived about 10 min before the time, we queued for about 5 min and went up to the Ferris wheel, everything was perfect, very nice views. We took the photo as a souvenir

He offered us the opportunity to conveniently reserve entrance tickets online. The ticket does not give the possibility to skip the line, so keep in mind that you will still have to stand in line like the others. Unfortunately, there was a lot of fog that day, so we took a "walk in the clouds."

Leon was extremely helpful when we were looking to upgrade our ticket and get general info. He really elevated our experience!

It was great and at the agreed time and day and much better value for money. The only problem was that the day was cloudy, but well...that's London at its best!!!

Very quick admission even though lots of other guests at the attrachtion. Clean cabin, not overly crowded. Besided that a sufficient and clean number of restrooms for the guests at the tourist center across the street. Great experience we would not have liked to miss.

The amazing views. Enjoying champagne with friends on my birthday while in the pod, a special experience. The VIP host who took care of everyone while we enjoyed the ride. He ensured everyone had a good time and all the customers had excellent photo opportunities. All of my party commented on how upbeat and helpful he was.

The staff were amazing. I had my two young kids with me. The line was very long and I didn't account for the wait but as I had a train to catch they helped us out. Amazing. Big shout out to Michael

Great experience. As far as we were concerned, we didn't need to buy fast-track tickets, as the queue was quite fluid and the flow quite fast. We recommend it, especially on a clear day, as the view over London is 360°.

We were late due to a flight and traffic delay but they still honored our ticket! Great customer service at the Eye! Line was fast and the ride was awesome!

Nawaz was wonderful! We had a lovely time at the bar before the experience. Was a little hard to find but staff gave excellent directions.

It was great, the e-tickets allowed us to go directly to the line. The views from the London Eye are amazing, it is very interesting to see the city from another angle.

I loved it BUT just so you know. they say to be 15 minutes early...but if you're 10 minutes early it's fine no one will 'kick you off' like they say

Our experience was organized, efficient, and accommodating. We had a wonderful guide who took pictures of us. The weather was fabulous and we had great views of London at night.

We absolutely loved our guide Patrica! She was fantastic and made our experience even better. I would highly recommend doing this experience to all my friends and family? Definitely 5 stars!!

Experience went smoothly... Sofia was sweet and knowledgeable. We got some great family pictures and enjoyed the champagne!
