Filippo, the guide, besides being very knowledgeable, was very kind, we hope to return to Rome soon and be able to do another 'city tour with Filippo!

We had a guided tour with Daniela veramante outstanding!!! she told us many things in a very pleasant and interesting way. My 8-year-old daughter followed the story for a whole hour with much interest

Tour guide was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and concise. He was able to address fluctuating timing changes on behalf of the Vatican staff effortlessly.

We look hard for the people we're supposed to meet on the side. There are no signs, so for us there are no landmarks. Groups everywhere. We got lost. On the other hand, the tour was superbly well explained. Very, very good. A very kind and human person. Thank you very much.

The guide was very friendly and made every effort to make his presentation interesting. In addition, we were with an elderly lady in a wheelchair and he took the time to check with the Basilica staff to facilitate access to the Vatican Grottoes.

The guide was very good and knowledgeable but the hearing aids were very bad, we spent the whole time listening to her accompanied by constant whistling and frankly this is not acceptable

I loved the personalized treatment. It was a guide just for us. Too bad about the very long line we had to wait in. Buying the ticket doesn't get rid of the line.

I had understood that the guided tour had restricted access, instead the times at the checkpoints were quite long thus lengthening the whole visit. The guide took the opportunity to start the explanation while we were in the turnstile queue, this was helpful to get more information but not entirely smooth and usable.... Overall it was a positive experience

A heavenly experience with exceptional service Our visit to St. Peter's Basilica in Rome was an absolute highlight of our trip. Unfortunately, due to the challenges with public transportation and the hectic traffic in Rome, we arrived a little later than planned. We were worried we would miss the tour, but the team on site were incredibly friendly and understanding - they actually waited for us, which we really appreciated. St. Peter's Basilica itself is breathtaking. The sheer size and magnificence of the basilica are hard to put into words. From the ornate interior to the impressive mosaics and Bernini's famous canopy, it was an overwhelming experience. The tour was also excellent - the guide was very knowledgeable and gave us fascinating details about the history and architecture of St. Peter's Basilica. Thanks to the accommodating organization and the impressive experience, St. Peter's Basilica is a must for every visitor to Rome. We can recommend it without reservation and are grateful for the great service we received. 5 out of 5 stars!

The person who guided us in exploring St. Peter's Basilica was knowledgeable and was able to grasp the highlights Della Chinese.

Aside from the major problems encountered in finding the meeting point, due to the general chaos throughout the square for the jubilee and the mile-long lines that forced us to move the time of the already booked visit, in the end our guide was outstanding, really good and very passionate in telling the story of the history of St. Peter's basikica. Recommended tour, although not during the Jubilee period....

The explained visit has a whole other value...the gentleman who accompanied us was' very kind and with a very engaging way of explaining

Very knowledgeable and engaging guide. Quiet visit because it was at the right time, 10:30 am. Huge crowds arrived later and would have been more uncomfortable. Vatican staff very efficient and helpful.

Everything went very well! We liked it very much! The guide (Valentina) was extraordinary! Always very helpful, very practical and enlightening, she made sure that our expectations were exceeded. I highly recommend this service! We'll be back.
