City Sightseeing Amsterdam Hop On Hop Off by Bus & Boat

Ticketing experience first class - done from home in Scotland 3 weeks before our visit. The boat, its staff and its audio guides were very good. Lots of info about the canals and the buildings thereon, and a warm welcome aboard. The same cannot be said about the bus trip. Long blank spaces on the audio and very little info given. A 10 minute stay in Gassan carpark for no apparent reason.

The kindness of the people who drove these boats and minibuses, cleanliness, the accuracy in schedules. Thank you.

The seats were to small with absolutely no leg room

I had booked the bus and boat tour in Amsterdam. First we wanted to start our Tour by Bus, but there was no bus at stop eight (Rijksmuseum). We're waiting there for one our and a half but the Bus didn' t come. Then we walked to the next boat stop and we started our Journey to the Diamond factory. According to the booking, the tickets were valid until 10 a.m. It was not clear when booking that the boats only leave until 1730. We didn't see a bus the whole day! Fraud??
