Exited centraal station. Walked thru construction area to designated address to validate ticket. Prins Hendrikkade 25. Nothing there. Looked around a while and did not see a bus anywhere.

Ticketing experience first class - done from home in Scotland 3 weeks before our visit.
The boat, its staff and its audio guides were very good. Lots of info about the canals and the buildings thereon, and a warm welcome aboard.
The same cannot be said about the bus trip. Long blank spaces on the audio and very little info given. A 10 minute stay in Gassan carpark for no apparent reason.

The boat captain for the canal cruise was a delight. Focused on safety and real, plus witty!
The bus driver was a little surly but clearly a skilled driver.
