From London: Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tickets with Return Transfers

The travel agency was super easy to find. The local staff were very friendly and helpful. The journey to the studios was very pleasant thanks to the air-conditioned bus. The stay on site would have been too short for us if we had wanted to get the transport back as the studios are mega big and there is a lot to see and discover for real Potterheads as the time span until the return transport is too short.

We were really excited about our visit to the Warner Brothers Studios' Harry Potter tour, but felt disappointed as we didn't get to spend enough time in the studios, there was a slight delay in the pick up from the venue, and when we reached the studios, the entry to the studios took more time than expected, resulting in our spending less time in the studios. The experience inside was awesome of course.

Even if ou are not a big Harry Potter fan...the exhibition is worth a trip. But it also means a long bus ride from Kings Cross and back again. Although it was well organised and went smoothly it was 7 hours in total and we were hammered afterwards. But we'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Harry Potter Studios is a blast, whether you're a fan or not, it's a very positive experience. Headout delivered as contracted, everything went perfectly.

All was on time, the return even quicker than expected. For the departure, it was nice to be able to wait in the office area.

Le tour est vraiment super si on aime l univers Harry Potter. Il faut prendre en supplément par contre l audio guide si vous voulez les anecdotes photos et les détails du film car les pancartes sont en anglais et ont moins de détails. Le studio'est génial et il faut bien le temps indiquer pour tout voir écouter. Pour le bus et Headout très bien, ponctuel, bus neuf propre bonne conduite du chauffeur et arrivée et départ comme indiqué. On vous accompagne jusque devant le bus et le point de rencontre au studio est juste devant l entrée. Parfait !

HP world is overwhelming! Expensive, but really worth it. Only the food in the Foodhall was disappointing. There is a food truck in the courtyard, I would have preferred to go there, but we saw it too late. And don't buy butterbeer! It tastes terrible and is overpriced. Apart from that, it was literally a magical day!

Attraction excellent as promoted, booking, ticket claiming, provided transport super smooth and on time. Highly recommended👍

The audio guide provides interesting extras for fans. However, it's not possible to use it to its full potential, as it would take up too much time. You'd have to spend the whole day in the park to optimize its use, while still enjoying the park in situ. The staff say that not everything is in French, but this is not the case: either the videos are in French, or there are subtitles.

Me & my daughter are thrue Potterheads and we really enjoyed the visit a lot. It's a life experience eventhough not cheap at all. It's hard to pont out what we loved the most. We can definitely appreciate all details and effects engagement such as visual effects, sound etc. The introduction itself is breathtaking, stuff funded and friendly. Thank you!

The visit to WB Studios was amazing. We enjoyed it very much. The studios are really big. I would have appreciated more time to visit. We spent the first hour waiting to enter, which shortened our stay in the studios by a lot, and at the end we had to speed up the tour a lot.

Hello there is an big issue on app it said that my departure time was 7:15 am, we arrived in the meeting point and apparently our departure was at 12:00. Please note that other people had the same confusion and change this. Many thanks

The transportation was comfortable and the guide was very friendly. It was an incredible experience.

The pick up point of the bus was easy to access, they were very punctual both the outward and return. They were waiting for us with an envelope with my name and the two tickets to Harry Potter, a bracelet with the time of the return. It was 4 hours and we did it calmly and we still had time to spare. Very happy with Headout, we were afraid because of the bad comments from people but it was the opposite. Thank you👏

The studios were great, as was the service. The only small gripe would be the time on site, because we wanted to get the most out of it and the time was a bit short at the end to finish the studios properly. But otherwise it was perfect.

We were on time and had plenty of time to enjoy all the Harry Potter studios. Cold on the bus on the way back, really, but good experience.

Warner Bros Studios is completely worth visiting. Having the transfers to the city center of London secured was amazing, but the only downside was that the company provides you with one return hour. I had a little bit more than three hours and with the initial queuing and all, it definitely did not feel like it was enough time. It'd be great if you were able to select a pick-up time prior your departure as I saw that some people had return passes for a later time. Additionally, whereas the bus from Baker Street does stop at the proper location indicated on the instructions, it is not that clear where the meet-up point is. I was directly waiting at the bus stop 20 minutes prior pick-up (as indicated) when 15 minutes after the pick-up time a staff member appeared on the bus stop. There was no contact option with HeadOut at that moment either as there is no chat service available.
