Prado Museum Tickets

The museum is mind-blowing in the amount of works to be seen. I did not take advantage of the guidebook. I recommend everyone to purchase the ticket online.

The collection speaks for itself but signage on arrival is lacking. It's unclear what the various queues represent- guides are needed. Support staff seemed disinterested and reticent to engage . Such a dazzling collection deserves helpful and energetic staff.

The Prado Museum without a guide was fine, although there was quite a queue. However, it saved us from having to queue to buy tickets, which would have been even worse. I recommend it! Trustworthy!

So much artwork to see here! It was really helpful to have the audio guide which showed you to specific artworks and gave some specific information

E-ticket helped but still long security line. Went on a Thursday at opening; huge crowds of tours blocked viewing the most famous works. Upper floors deserted. Would be best to go late in the day next time as it's free 6-8 PM.

We enjoyed the overall Prado experience, having prebooked tickets eased the entry process. However on the day we went it would have been cheaper and faster to walk up and buy a ticket. HEAD OUT doesn't offer age related discounts that the museum offers.

The museum is the best in the world for painting. My last visit was in 1996. Again I was overwelmed. Also the service at the museum was perfect. Thank you só much

Quick and easy entry since we had an online reservation ,used audio guide.Only negative note,in the halls we could hear too much chattering and those supervising the works did not film noisy visitors.

Skip the lines. Highly recommended to have this purchase and save valuable travel time. Obviously, El Prado is one of the museums I visit whenever I arrive in Madrid, you can always see something new and discover more details with each visit. I go without a guide, we go at our own pace with the museum map that takes you to transport you to the little in each room we visit.

I paid a more onerous ticket than the one that corresponded, for being + 60, which was not discriminated in the application. If I had purchased it at the Museum, I would have paid less.

Yes we had to wait in line but it was very agile, the purchase was very fast and inside the museum everything was beautiful, I loved all the rooms, it is a beautiful museum.

The contents of the museum. I would love to visit many more times. The digital audio tour did t work for any of our group and we had to purchase museum audioguides as well.

The museum is absolutely amazing, a World treasure! The cafeteria line was terrible, and it was definitely because of the slow staff (25min. Wait with 7people before me)

Museum was amazing but it might be better to have time slots for the tickets. We bought tickets in advance and waited over 30 minutes to get in

Museo stupendo, ne è valsa la pena, ma abbiamo comunque dovuto fare una fila lunghissima di più di un'ora per entrare...ed eravamo sotto la pioggia...

Wat mij achteraf tegenviel was de prijs. Als 65-jarige had ik nl. recht op korting en had een ticket kunnen verkrijgen van €7,50. Daarom geef ik een gemiddeld aan. Jullie gaven niet die keuze in het menu. Het museum zelf was prachtig en een bezoek is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Everything worked out perfectly: no lines, no hassle, just going on straight and enjoying the experience! Especially in Prado museum, where the line was very long. Highly recommend!
