Louvre Museum Reserved Access Tickets with Optional Audioguide

-The Headout support team was very helpful and was able to solve the ticket problem in time. -Overall, the Louvre is very well structured and organized. - the app for the audio guide was a disaster. Downloading the audio guide for the Louvre took forever. When playing the audio guide, the app stopped when the screen went into standby. The app then had to be restarted, which also took ages. Once the app started downloading the audio guide for the Louvre again. Overall, the extra charge for the audio guide was absolutely not worth it!!!

ticket use instructions too generic/strict. .pdf ticket too small/not downloadable, not read by all museum wing access readers. Audio guide to be downloaded to phone not clearly explained, not all of us had followed the procedure, but the "beware" warning of having to download the guide in advance (and obviously equip yourself with earphones for your phone) was not communicated prominently, in fact almost "hidden"

The most memorable aspect of the tour was the indepth knowledge our tour guide had about so many aritifacts in the Louvre. We asked several detailed questions about everything we saw and he was able to thoroughly answer the questions. He made the tour interesting and engaging.

Okay I was very skeptical about this website because of the reviews but honestly it was legit! We got reserved access tickets to the Louvre and even though we arrived late we still were able to entire through a separate entry and skipped the entire line for a faster access. I truly thought it was a scam but I didn't care as long as I was able to see the Louvre, but it was genuinely so easy and we had a wonderful time!

Catarina was our guide and she really made our day. We weren't very familiar with the history of the Louvre building itself and it was so interesting. And of course the Louvre museum was incredible. We spent 7 hours there in total . I would do it all again.

I like the French paintings, the Italian and Greek sculptures and the Egyptian part.It is my third or fourth time at the Museum, the worst thing is how overcrowded it is and more and more people are watching the Guioconda , just to take the photo. It should be better organized.

The super organized and fast entrance to the museum! Everything is well signposted and the staff are very friendly. I can only recommend it.

When I got the email when the 2 pdf files I assumed that it was each tickets (since I boght 2 tickets) so I never knew that I had to download an app to get the audio guide. And once there it was too complicated to get the wifi and to download the app and to get the notification, etc. So we ended up re ting the audio guide on site. It was very frustrating !

We have received our tickets on time. However, I have contacted with Headout support because it was not clear for me if we received correct cruise tickets. I have received tickets in responce. So, to sum up - order received, support works very efficient and it is responsive.

Everything as expected. Beautiful rooms, exciting art, an overrated and crowded Monalisa. Just a shame that almost all the toilets were closed at the same time and the ones that were open were relatively dirty. About the Eigang la carrousel is absolutely recommendable.

everything as planned , it was not possible to avoid the entrance queue , however with ticket in hand it was easy to enter the assigned line and after about an hour entrance to the museum without any problems

For the price it was totally great. As an experience I must comment that it is good to take both things at the same time, but if you do it you must consider the time to get from one place to another, so it is advisable to do a tour first and the next day to do the next, in both, Palace of Versailles and Louvre Museum there are too many things to see, so it should be calmly because one is very exhausted from so much walking.

The Museum itself, I have been to the Louvre twice before and each time it is a new excitement. Discovering new works of art that you hadn't noticed before due to lack of time I recommend, however, that you do not take the 4:30 p.m. slot then they close early, at about 6 p.m. and you are left with little time for sightseeing

We faced some problemas to get in the louvre, because the holiday and some troubles with the train, because of the works for the olympics. When we arrived, we didn't find any information about the tour agency, and I had to call then to get information.

Liked our guide , hard to find the meeting place/venue especially for foreigner-un familiar with the area . I was not informed that I have to print the actual ticket to get in line for the louvre museum ..

I liked the Egyptian exhibition best. To shorten the time spent queuing, it's really worth using a different entrance. We went through the "Porte des Lions" entrance and were able to go through without having to wait. If we had gone through the entrance at the glass pyramid, we would have had to wait a very long time.

Everything was super easy in terms of getting to the locations and using the tickets. I don't think many experienced the water level being too high during my stay because I always seen the boats on the water during my trip. I also liked that you could go on the boat ride whenever, I went on my last day and it was absolutely beautiful. Very helpful staff onsite!

The visit to the museum was great, but the audioguda purchased was jerky, but more importantly it was missing so many works.

Der Besuch im Louvre war absolut phantastisch, aber wir hatten Probleme, weil wir dachten, wir könnten unser Ticket gegen den mitgebrachten Ausdruck der Reservierung eintauschen, was nicht stimmt. Es gibt keine "Einlösestelle" in dem Sinn, es geht nur mit der App. Wenn uns eine sehr freundliche Service-Angestellte, die die Warteschlangen betreut hat, nicht geholfen hätte, vor Ort die App und damit die Tickets herunterzuladen, wären wir nicht reingekommen. Wir sind 72 und 77 Jahre alt und kennen uns mit diesen Dingen nicht so gut aus.

The Mona Lisa. My wife was in a wheelchair and we were put in front of the crowd. It felt like we could almost touch her. Wheelchair access very good. Elevators to everything. I smoke and wished that there was a cafe in the central garden where I could go.
