Prado Museum Guided Tours

Ticketing was easy and directions for meeting our guide were very clear. Loved our guide Neria who gave very informative and sophisticated commentary on the paintings we saw. Only problem was that she had a mixed language group and had to say everything in English and Spanish. The switching back and forth plus some static on the whisperers made it hard sometimes to catch what she was saying. I thought I paid for an English guided tour!

The person who accompanied us was very professional, always with good explanations, a great sense of humour and very pleasant. Many thanks to her.

Guide hit the highlights of Prado. I would recommend a longer time with a guide. Our guide was with us just 1-1/2 hours. Once our guide left, we spent another 2 hours on our own. Wonderful museum! Only disapointment was Prado doesn't allow photography in the museum. I ended up buying the official guidebook which is available in many languages--worth the purchase for 19.50 euro.

Found the tour excellent, for someone like me with no knowledge or appreciation of Art it was informative and delivered in a way that I understood.

Our guide Marta was very knowledgeable and gave us interesting details about the painting we stopped at. The tour was too short though, we only stopped at about 5 painting.

Maria our fantastic guide met us right on time in the very convienent location in front of Goyo Statue. She was so delightfull and informative with our tour. We learned so much from her guideance.

Guide was super knowledgeable and chose great paintings to illustrate the art history he was narrating Did not know expect to have to wait to go in museum / guide had many audio problems with microphone. Tour started 1.5 hours late

Anna was a wonderful guide. She is very knowledgeable about art. She met us at the appointed time and had us get in line while she got the tickets. It went very smoothly.

Our guide was very friendly and she knew so much! I could never have rest seen so much on my own. Recommend it to anybody!

Elena spoke good English, the explanations were understandable and interesting but not too long, still "digestable" :) We also got some info about the history of the country!

Ticketing experience was very easy to understand and follow directions for meeting our guide. Our guide was very informative and took care to meet the groups needs as we had a couple of people who were physically challenged.

I hired in Spanish and the guide had more English speaking tourists. She explained well but because of the English translation I felt I lost content.

The tour was well organized. The guide, Aurore, was friendly and shared some interesting anecdotes with us. Nothing dramatic, but be careful to speak clearly in front of the microphone.

The Prado museum is huge. The guide was very kind, and explained some of the most relevant paintings. She was very well prepared and answered all our questions.

The visit was very interesting, the guide Miguel was very professional and clear, although he spoke Spanish we managed to understand, on the whole, the whole explanation .

Our guide Beni, made the visit very enjoyable, you can tell he loves what he does and that made those of us who were with him enjoy and learn a lot. Thank you!

Benny was an amazing guide. He gave us "goosebumps" on several of his descriptions of the exhibits. He obviously loves his job!
