Ski Dubai Penguin Encounter Tickets and Snow Park Access

It was very good. Since I have booked through headout, I was not waiting for the tickets in the counter. It was very smooth process. Please book through this app without any hesitation is my suggestion

Had good fun with my wife. Penguin encounter was great. Tube was easy and fun. Enjoyed the zip line and slide as well. Overall good experience. Snow Board Trainer could've been more polite and patient. Other staff were amazing..

17.3. 11:26 a ticket was purchased for 4:00 PM 18.3. our reservation was canceled immediately after mutual agreement we were confirmed with the choice of time for Penguin Encounter at 12.00, we did not receive a confirmation for this message, all the time was stated as 4:00 PM, so we went to 4:00 PM, where they informed us on the spot that our reservation was for 12:00 and we had to pay a fee for changing the reservation.

I booked my Ticket.. waited for more than 24 Hours for confirmation, didn't get any.. Went to the venue, they didn't accomodate us, saying we are late. We never got a confirmation from Headout, after being said multiple times to wait for 15 mins. Finally ended with a disappointed day... And still struggling with refund
