The spectacular view and the tour, the information they give, everything.

The views were spectacular and the video of the City's growth overtime on the elevator ride up was really cool. It would have been good if more instructions were provided about the use of the $15 voucher and the tablet provided. I booked in advance and didn't remember everything I paid for when I got there.

Very helpful & friendly staff especially the kind older gentleman at the souvenir shop who took the time to explain bridges to me etc!! js

it's a magical experience we'd already had, but one we were delighted to repeat. the view, although a little foggy that day, was still magnificent and the experience awe-inspiring.

The rocket elevator was so smooth I didn't have a chance to get dizzy:) And although it was a rainy day, the storm subsided enough to let see well into the other burroughs. Breathtaking and awesome are the two words I'd use to describe the views and overall experience.

Mid afternoon. View was good. The staff didn't.give much direction. Some of the guys were very good. All were very polite.

It was easy, no line but didn't realize we needed reservations to restaurant to sit and eat, but they were kind and able to barely accommodate

The observation deck is the best view of the city, but the expense is fairly high for what amounts to walking around a room for 15 minutes. The 'skip the line' ticket simply allows you to go to a seperate line through security. After that, everyone is in the same line for the elevator, everyone is in the same line for the 'movie', everyone is in the same line to get through the mandatory picture area, and everyone is in the same line to get through the 'upsale' area where they try and sell you a tablet that explains what you are looking at (not sure how anyone with a smart phone thinks this is helpful). The trip is a continuous and unavoidable attempt to sell you additional services and products.

Amazing place, staffs are hospitable and kind. I went here at night and it was spectacular!

The view as the suncame out and we had a full 360 degree clear view. Most fortunate and spectacular!

Skipping the line thanks to reservation. Otherwise, it looks like a nightmare to wait to go up and wait again to go down
