Tootbus: London Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour with Optional Night Tour

Due to many roadworks, some Tootbus stops were not accessible. Unfortunately, there was not enough information about this either at the closed stops or in the app (nor where the buses stop instead)

Since your buses do NOT run as often, the wait times for the next buses were EXHORBITANT! Also, most Hop-on buses provide MUCH MORE HISTORY AND LOCAL COLOR! Your 'Tours" are VERY BORING!

We hadden de bus op 1 mei. May day, bekend om de protesten in de stad. Onze route werd geannuleerd. Dus werden we ergens anders uit de bus gezet. De groene route hebben we een uur moeten wachten op de bus terwijl de info was dat er elk half uur een bus zou komen. Erg vervelend en teleurstellend!

Was not given earphones as we were rushed on. Traffic so bad that I wouldn't do a bus ride in London again - not your fault!

The tootbus was great. The routes were perfect. We were able to get on a block from our hotel and ride all day. We got off several times and even switched routes to see all the sites. The drivers and staff were friendly and helpful. A definite way to get the lay of the land.

Easy to get around and to change routes. Drivers were very polite and helpful. The buses were clean except when lazy people dropped their rubbish on the floor, makes me so mad.

London tootbus had 3 different routes so you pass all the highlights and the rounds are not very long. The buses are neat and there are such funny drivers among them. Even though some stops were down due to demonstrations, good alternatives were found.

I set the trial date for one day, but there was a mistake and it was scheduled for the day I wasn't traveling, I spoke to support to change the date and it wasn't possible, I was very disappointed because I spent money unnecessarily

the guides were very helpful and friendly. The buses were clean and the buses drove as described. What we found just a shame was that nothing further was explained during the explanations about the sights. otherwise everything was fine

Beautiful to tour the city of London on the scenic bus! It touches all the strategic points of the city and the stops are convenient for visiting far-flung neighborhoods. I purchased single day tickets but next time I will get 48 hour tickets!

It was mostly music playing instead of audio guide. I think it is so many interesting things you can tell about London, instead of playing music 50% of a time. Alex Demchenko.

The yellow and the blue routes. You could however add a few more tourist attractions to the green route to make it more appealing.

The hop on hop off was perfect for us as tourists because of the audio guide but also the bus was very useful as transport since we were mostly in the touristic area.

It was great to be able to visit so many tourist attractions. However, there were times when I stopped at a stopover for a long time, and it took longer than expected to complete the circuit. The second floor has a wonderful view. But the wind in January is very cold. If you want to sit on the second floor, you need to take precautions against the cold.

It was so good. Everything went so smoothly and the tours have great routes! Also - the TOOT bus staff were very friendly, nice and helpful.

The audio guide was on automatic, but did not give the story that belonged to the place we were driving. At least it was not clear to me what it was about :-).

It was a super convenient way to get around. I booked online then went to one of your stops. I didnt really know how it worked but one of your staff called Ovye Ayuba-Kuwll helped me. He gave me a map and showed me how your service worked. He then told me all about London's sights and what it was like living in London, costs of living, how your people had coped with the changes Covid had brought around. He was great! I've kept the map he gave me with his name written on it all this time just so I can make sure to give you a heads up on what a good staff member he is and what a wonderful representative he is for your company. Thoughout my travels on your buses I asked info of other staff and his help was a standout by far! Best of lucj=k and thankyou for helping me have a happy holiday in London x

Ticketing experience was nice and smooth! I immediately got an email confirmation after booking with the ability to download my tickets to my phone. Shirley was our tour guide and she was AMAZING!!! Being from the States, we felt so welcomed by her and she made sure we seen all the beauty London had to offer!

Driver was friendly and shared info about the city.

It was a very relaxing way to get an overview of London.
