London Dungeon Tickets

Really sorry but we did not get to do the dungeon as my grandgirl was very upset about what was going to go on inside but the lovely lady on the front door who firstly had helped me with my app and then came and took us to the shrek experience which was OK maybe too young for my 13 teenagers but I didn't loose money and my granddaughter felt abit better well we all did x

The actors and actresses were amazing. They did a good job. I loved the stories they made and the decorations. I was totally impressed by the whole dungon. Sadly i lost my token for the pic. So i cant add one.

We loved all of it. The interactions, the history and the scares! Ticketing was really easy to follow and liked the reminders.

I missed the boat ride and French guillotine you used to have at Toomey Street. However, my nine year ols grandson and I loved the experience, the gorier the better. He's still talking about it.

The ticketing worked very well, the show was very good, we liked everything very much, the employees of the whole show were great

We had a fabulous night and our guid Rob was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and I really enjoyed and appreciated the extra info and fun facts of London. A++, highly recommend.

The new ride, which when I was growing up they had a boat ride that I didn't manage to go on due to being shut. The staff were fantastic and kept in character. The staff were friendly when welcoming at the start

It was easy to book the tickets and was easy to access everything that we needed for the day to get into the attraction. The attraction was absolutely amazing my kids said it was the best day out ever. The staff are so friendly and they go above and beyond for every single customer that walks through that door. Also the acting from the staff was out of this world. I would definitely go back and do it all again.

Ticketing with Headout was very simple and loved loved loved London Dungeons. Been many times but thankfully there had been some changes so it was fun again. Thankfully I have lots of friends with kids :-) .

Not much to be honest. Wasn't what I thought it would be. Don't think it was about through some rooms with actors. Found main website lacking in information. Possibly more fault .

We visited the dungeons. About 2 attractions in a little boy threw up all over the floor. The lights came on and we were all moved along to the next area. It couldn't be helped the boy was sick it wasn't the venues fault but we missed a whole section with no reimbursement or the opportunity to do this part again. We travelled a long way and paid a lot of money so it was very disappointing. It was very crowded and pushy inside.

Everyone was included in the plot, it was both very interesting and very scary. From the moment you stepped inside the building the experience started. We loved it

The commitment that the staff showed to their roles was incredible, I highly commend them! Incredibly charismatic. The venue was also amazing, well planned and designed.

The event only lasted 60 minutes instead of the stated 90 minutes. Unfortunately, there was no free cocktail/mocktail and no rides as stated.

What an amazing experience. Me my son and husband traveled to London from Manchester to see the show . It's absolutely brilliant

It was very interesting and terrifying. I highly recommend to visit London Dungeon for an extraordinary experience of London's history.

Booked online without issue. Whole experience was wonderful Well presented, creative and all actors added to a immersive and entertaining experience. Well done to all involved. 👏👏

We chose 3 because we only had 1 day. It was great because it did not require reservations for Westminster Abbey which was sold out for the day.

Team are amazing!! My daughter was a little scared with the dungeon. Team guided her out professional and offered us to go to the Shrek experience as a alternative.. thank you so much!

The attraction was amazing and a really fun scare! The actors were playing their part really well and the decor/setting was awesome!
