The museum is complete, very interesting and, above all, very moving, with photos, personal accounts and conversations with these men and women. It takes at least 3 hours to see and understand everything that happened on that sad September 11th.

Tpur of the Battery Park area was great - as was the 9/11 memorial tour. Vivian is a very knowledgable guide and gave great insight into what happend on that fateful day.

Never went to the Edge because it was misinterpreted in location when booking the 9/11 memorial. Thought everything was in the same area. Bought 3 tickets X $40 or whatever the cost was- down the drain.

The Memorial is well designed. It covers a number of details related to that day, as well as in-depth information about the buildings. They did a good job covering all the incidents that occurred. We really enjoyed our visit.

Walking tour was very informative. Arun, our guide was very knowledgeable. Museum tour (self-guided) was emotional and really brought the whole event closer to those of us on the west coast that watched all the events enfold on TV. So sad to relive from the photos, videos with voices and pieces of metal beams, rescue vehicles, etc.

It was very easy to order the tickets. Once inside the museum, we remembered where we were when this horrible tragedy occurred. It is our fervent prayer that nothing like this will happen again. The museum really honored the memory of those who perished in the towers as well as police, firefighters, and emergency personnel.
The memorial outside was tasteful and moving.
