According to the ticket, the closing time was 7 PM. We got off the ship at 5PM and had something to eat. We had tickets for the Eiffel Tower and wanted to take the boat there after dinner around 6:30 PM. But there was no more boat as the trip ended at 5:30 PM according to Teleoninfo. We had to take a cab. That was not nice!

The boat did not arrive at the pick up point to take us back therefore we only stayed on the boat for one small trip. We were at the Notre dame stop for over 15 minutes before it said the last boat was and it never showed.

There was no person at the ticket booth but we had already purchased our tickets and were ok to go on board. We enjoyed the trip on the bateau bus, however, like many other tourists we missed the lack of toilets on board the ships.

I liked the boat, but not so much that there was no "guided tour"... nothing was said about the buildings and special places :(
But otherwise it was good :)

Everything about the experience was excellent, from booking on the website, finding where to go, staff at the kiosk were brilliant and informative, timings were perfect, staff on the boat and onshore were fabulous, the tour was amazing! Thank You
