Empire State Building: General Admission Tickets

It's been 9 years since our last visit and was pleasantly surprised by the upgrades in that time. We loved the photos relating to the building of the ESB. The varying coloured lights are a spectacular view from wherever you see them in the city.

Statue of Liberty trip did not disappoint, arrived early at the battery park , signs everywhere so that was helpful. Ferry was quick and easy. Weather was cold but is February in NY. We still had a beautiful clear day to see everything. Empire State Building was amazing as well, we went to 86th floor and we were able to go outside. Cold but worth it. Great experience overall.

The buses were plentiful & a great relief at the end of a long day. We used the service several times and finished our adventure with a sunset trip along the Hudson River back to 50th street. The pre book at Empire State Building was stress free & we got right in with little wait. Will definitely suggest this to everyone I know ... We Love NYC!!

Amazing veiw and experience and the gift shops and all the themes like king kong and all the movies that were featured at the empire state building was amazing

Everything was perfect 😍 I would highly recommend everyone to do it. The view is insane and the fact that you are on the top of Empire State Building is mind-blowing💁🏻‍♀️

Excellent reception, attention, ambience. Highly recommended to go up at night and enjoy. Super friendly guard at the check-in point. Facilities in perfect condition despite the age of the building. Unfortunately the fences limit visibility, but it is a must-see. And we were snowed in, which was amazing to see.

Loved the whole experience. Liked the experience before even going up the elevator. Nice new attractions. Very nice touch. The play on the old architecture is wonderful. Even the suits of the staff was great.

We originally booked tickets for Sun evening but on arriving the weather was bad and told no view so we were easily able to change to another time.We changed to Tue 10am ,the opening slot.When we arrived at 9.50am there was already a huge queue down the street.We weren't sure whether to join it or go to the front...several other groups had the same confusion.We were allowed to go straight in as had early tickets but only because we asked..it's not very clear.Once inside there was already another large queue for security!We were abit limited for time due to all the queuing so rushed through the museum part which did look really interesting about how the building was constructed.Once at the top the view is awesome ..the lift is so fast up the 87 floors!It's all very organized,some of the staff are abit abrupt but they are trying to keep everyone moving along I guess.Large gift shop on the way out .

The courtesy and kindness of the staff to begin with. They guided us in the correct directions, because it can be a bit confusing as to which way to go at first. But then....wow! What an experience. The views are absolutely incredible. It was quite windy on the 86th floor, so when the wind gets a bit much, there is an enclosed deck a couple of stories down that offer wonderful views. The gift store is your one stop shop for everything you want. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, thank you!

Since the weathers condition suddely changed we were not able to enjoy the view and not allowed to visit the terrace part, but on the other hand we got amazed with the museum and building history. We would love to have the experience again having the opportunity to view the entire city from there.

It was the empire State building, what is there not to love! There was barely any wait time, the bad check was fast and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. It was all around great time!

We were staying just 5 minutes walking time from our Hotel. We arrived earlier than our allotted time. Killed the extra time checking out souvenir shops in and around the area. We were let in a few minutes before our time slot. Everyone working there was friendly. We had a great time!

Purchasing tickets online were easy. All the staff employees were friendly and knowledgeable and went out of there way to make our experience great! Thank you.

The history given throughout the tour was educational. And the view from the 86th floor was like nothing I've ever imagined. I stayed for the sunset and was not disappointed!

After many visits to NYC this was my first tour of the Empire State Building as well as my 11 yr old son first visit in the city. We had a great time and I'm sure my son will never forget it...

It was fast and easy with the digital tickets. We went to see the sunset and although it was crowded as you see we got some great pictures.

Unforgettable! Views on the 80th floor were fantastic but views from the 102nd floor with a clear blue sky, were breathtaking! There were lots of people on 80 and it was hard to get a window spot to take in the views, but on 102, we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves.

The view is breathtaking, it's magnificent. The museum is very interesting. I loved the experience.
