I found the ticketing experience easy and efficient. The boat was very comfortable and all staff, on board and on land, were friendly and helpful. It was far more pleasant than travelling by bus or tube

The boats are on time per schedule. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a very enjoyable ride up and down the Thames. Highly recommend!

The ticketing was stress free, and my children love the whole experience of travelling on the sea. The seating was really comfortable

I picked the wrong date by mistake and it was not possible to reschedule or cancel, which was very annoying. But finally, it was easy to get on the boat with the tickets from Headout and no need to tap in or tap out. Anyway, it is also possible to just use your Oyster ticket to pay the boat. Not sure what is the cheapest option, but it was easy with Headout.
