Palace of Versailles Guided Tour with Optional All Access Ticket including Gardens

Excellent. The guide Oswaldo was very dedicated explaining every detail and showing every single thing about the Palace of Versailles.

Olivia's stories and description of events were very thorough. I asked several questions, and she knew the answer to all of them. The audio devices provided worked well, and when they didn't fit one of the kids, she had an alternate option. Overall, a very good experience and we would do it again.

It is a very nice experience, recommended for all those who travel to Paris, you can not miss it. Remember to buy a different ticket if you travel from Paris to Versailles by train.

The Guide was excellent and kept her cool with all the crowds around her. Really fascinating tour and worth money and time!

This is the second time using Head Out. Both times were great experiences. This one was for the Palace.of Versialles. The guide was wonderful, very enthusiastic and engaging. She had great info about every room we went into. She also did her best to keep us out of the crowds (even though its off season, it's still very crowded, so we made the right decision getting a skip the line tour. It cost a little more, but it was worth it. The meet up was well explained in the email (we found our guide and group very easily and they were at the meeting point early!) everything was on point. I will definitely use Head Out again for my European Tours. Very pleased !

When I called the support help line the person on the other end could not be heard clearly as there was a lot of noise in the background and the person could not speak in clear english.

Great tour! Highly personable and knowledgeable guide! The ability to skip the giant lines was already worth the price but the excellent tour guide took the experience over the top. Highly recommend!

I liked having a guide in Spanish. I think it was the best way to appreciate the castle and its history. The recommendations made by the guide for the visit to the gardens and the Trianon were valuable.

Our guide was very informative, kept the mood light .Alot of walking. We also did the garden tour. We were disappointed because the fountains were not on.

There was no indication that I would eventually be texted to download and receive the tickets. Due to traveling overseas, I was not able to receive some texts and all emails. So I showed up with the confirmation paperwork and had to ask a friend to download the app because Versailles would not accept the confirmation paperwork as proof of purchase.

It was a quiet day at Versailles so Nils was able to walk us around at a good pace. The 9.10am start helped as well as crowds had not really started. He was very knowledgeable and funny. The gardens were amazing and we enjoyed exploring them ourselves.

We were fascinated! The guide was very clear and despite the number of visitors we were able to follow her very well and learn about the history of the Palace of Versailles.

Our guide, Summer, was brilliant! She relayed lots of detail in a really engaging way, she was easy to understand and was happy to answer any questions. We could not have had a better guide to the venue!

Our tour guide Pierre D was an excellent tour guide, and I don't hesitate to say he is probably one of the best we have experienced. He was very friendly, entertaining and did his best to be interactive with everyone in the group. His knowledge of the Versailles Palace was extensive and he made it easy to imagine being in the palace with the "Louis's". After the tour he gave us great advice for walking the palace gardens. Thank you Pierre for helping to make our vacation memorable.

Our guide was very good - the instructions for the meeting point and time were concise. The guide took us to meet a member of staff who issued us with tickets . She explained about the facilities and access. The equipment we were required to use tsp that we could here her while on the tour was excellent and easy to use. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Was great and informative. Note! They started very very punctual / a little early, we almost missed the tour showed up at exactly at 1:30 for the 1:30 tour, and they were already up thru the gate. Build in time if as the trains are spread apart if you miss one like we did.
