Orsay Museum Fast-Track Tickets

I really liked the museum, but having tickets for one hour I do not understand that there were so many queues so we entered later than the hour and we did not have time to see everything we wanted because they closed the museum1/2 earlier than advertised on the web.

The spectacular works and the illustrious presence of great names of the artists on display. Somewhat circuitous the route and linearly difficult to follow one gets lost in the endless halls that follow one another even before arriving to enjoy the immense artistic panorama reason for the visit.

The passage was ultra fast and the control staff were very professional and understanding. I had forgotten my knife in my pocket, so I told them before going through the detector and they explained to me that they were going to accompany me to the cloakroom to drop it off... and of course pick it up when I left. As for the museum, it was just a delight and always full of emotion to see the masterpieces before us. In short, a very good afternoon.

A wonderful museum. The paintings are impressive, especially the Impressionists. The old station concourse is impressive. Ordering tickets in advance on the Internet shortens the long wait.

Not having to wait in the long queue was great. The Museum has so many famous paintings. If you're a French Impressionist fan this is the place to go.

To see the great artwork on exhibition. I wish you would send some of the impressionsist paintings on loan to REYKJAVIK, Iceland for our people to view and enjoy! Arni Thor Arnason

Getting the fast track ticket allowed me to enter the Orsay within 10 minutes on a very busy day when the Louvre was closed during my only day in Paris. Despite the high volume of visitors, I enjoyed taking my time to view the impressionists which were wonderful. Fast Track tickets is a great way to avoid time standing in line. 😀

Basically I just jumped the line by using the app. I was on a tight schedule and you saved me a wait of about 25 minutes in the freezing ( and I mean freezing) cold.

We loved the museum itself and the audio tour made it educational and informative. We were able to see many works of art on our wish list and spent a nice afternoon together.

back after years, the Musée d'Orsay is always a source of joy where the mind and heart fly. Despite the line, excellent access and crowded as we expected for Christmas, but all in all we enjoyed the collections and the visit.

Unfortunately due to overcrowding at the Musée d'Orsey there was some delay in access. All was well for entrance to Orangerie .

The beautiful exhibition on Harriet Backer, the excellent hot chocolate in the café-restaurant... and of course the exceptional site.

The best museum experience in Paris Headout team supported and organized the very last minute ticket booking. Fast track ticket was worthy 100% for short term staying traveller's like me ( or mid aged ladies 😉) Thank you for your service!

Tickets were sold out on museum website so luckily we were able to book some here. We could have joined the long line for those who had no tickets but it was a risk! Wonderful to behold the exquisite artworks within in the flesh. The cafe was very lovely too!

On the other hand, there weren't enough signs to show how to get up to the 5th floor...I met several people who thought they were going up the stairs.

The Audio Guide was not the Museum's. Which is mis-leading and thus we were not able to use any audio guide and should be credited as such.

With Headout, we skipped the line and could enter the museum immediately, saving time and avoiding the cold. Very punctual in notifications, sending tickets and communication. The only unpleasant thing, I couldn't understand why my daughter under 25 and a student, had to pay for admission.

Little used the audio guide as the description of numbered works is not in order according to placement on each floor

No queue with head-out fast-track tickets; impressive architecture of the museum; great and comprehensive Impressionist exhibition. Very successful all round!

Received good concise information on how to use the tickets, including gate position for entry. Head communicated many times to verify purchase and how to use the audio guide. One part that could help, as not all audios are visible or available, is the use of the search facility in the audio app.
