Impressive works of human creation, the Sistine Chapel spectacular, nothing comparable to being on site and enjoy its splendor.

It didn't avoid the queue, but it met expectations. Visiting the Museum and the Sistine Chapel is always a culturally valuable experience

All, only problem that headout informed us that entry hours are until 8 pm but we were kicked off:) at 7 pm, which made us sad. Knowing this, we would prefere entry at earlier hour. Thanks

Vatican Museums are very huge and there are so many masterpiece to see, even whole day is not enough. But, navigate through museum is horible, map isn't logical, if you go without guide you spend a lot of time for orientation. Another suggest is divide museums on 2 or even 3 parts and sell partial tickets, it would be better for visit part by part and enjoy in this magnificent place.

I hadn't paid attention to the price on the official Vatican website; I was surprised by Headout's commission. If I'd bought two tickets direct (with line cutting), I'd have spent €50. With Headout, it cost me €68, i.e. a profit of €18. I understand that you take a commission, but that's overkill! That's a lesson for me, and I'll definitely never use headout's services again for my next stays.

The purchase went smoothly. There was no queue, everything was well signposted and there were no problems getting into the museum. Everything was perfect.

What struck me the most is the quantity of pieces and the quality of the masterpieces, without a doubt the best is the Sistine Chapel. I thought that when I bought the ticket, all I had to do was stand in line. I had not contemplated the time it would take me to go to the office across the street to validate the entrance and then cross the line and wait for the entrance.

The guide was very helpful and friendly. The time of entry was just right, as we didn't have to wait in queues and the guide took us to the right place with ease, explaining everything we needed to know.

We needed a little help with our tickets and everyone was very helpful! The museum itself is amazing! It was very crowded in the Sistine Chapel, but we were able to spend as much time as we wanted. Why are pictures forbidden in that area?

We walked about 90 minutes from our hotel. Got there 30 minutes early and we at the front of the queue. The previous queue was long but nothing like the two hours I've been told to expect. We were there in November. Probably the most difficult part of the trip was finding publick toilets on the walk there and back. There was a steady pace of people but it wasn't overly crowded. Interal toilets had queues. There was plenty to see and plenty of time to see it.

Everything as booked. Nice guide , who could tell fun and knew a lot. Nice to be able to walk along the rows like this. Without a guide you wouldn't know how to walk.

Fast and easy ticket purchase. Avoid long lines. The museum is a walk through art and majesty. The Sistine Chapel, Michelangelo's magical gift to humanity.

I'm an artist, so visiting the impressive Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel was "a must!" It was a beautiful experience, and the Headout people were very helpful, friendly, and informative, about meeting location and time. I didn't have to wait in long lines. But be prepared to walk LONG distances, within the path of halls and galleries, with lots of other visitors, and without options to shorten your visit, if you become very tired. This was the Museum's method of "crowd control" and not Headout's.

The Vatican museums are really amazing to see, the advice is to tour them with a guide and to arrange ahead of time with skip-the-line tickets so you don't have to wait in endless lines, we did that and got in right away.

The Headout service was great. However our experience was not good due to the fact that it was extremely crowded which didn't allow was to admire and appreciate all the art history and beauty.

Our tour guide was the heart of the tour, he conveyed the many information, details and the history of St. Peter's Basilica very well and shortened the waiting times with his humor and calm manner.

Skip the line tickets guarantee entry at a specific time only. Museums have so many beautiful artefacts that it's quite overwhelming. Museums were very busy... can't imagine what it must be like in summer

The artwork was amazing. A bit crowded. Two in our party are now sick. There needs to be seats to rest in the main hall. A few directional arrows would be nice.
