Entry to Colosseum, Palatine Hill & Roman Forum

Nothing really. We thought we were meeting a group w a live guide and entering the venue together and then using the audio guided tour.

When shopping online there is always a margin for error. But everything went perfectly. The check-in was fast and organized. Excellent service.

Good app to find access on short notice. Although the app fares feel expensive and for the following destinations we prefer to search directly.

Very beautiful the Colosseum but even more beautiful the Roman Forums and the hill . Wonderful day ! In fact days ! Because we saw the Colosseum in the afternoon and the rest the next day .

All went very well from start to finish without a glitch 👌. Was great to be walking and standing thousands of years later where the great Romans lived, worshipped, played and died. Thanks for giving me the chance to experience it as I missed out on getting tickets from the official website 👍😀

We purchased all tickets / attractions in Rome via Headout. The payment, information and reminders about the upcoming event went smoothly. Only the additional redemption of the tickets we received was a bit nerve-wracking. Even though there were directions to the redemption points, it took a lot of time and nerves in a foreign country. It would have been more relaxed to be able to use the tickets received via cell phone in the same way. However, the attractions were worthwhile despite the crowds, everyone was very friendly and relaxed. Any time again.

Really interesting ticket, but the audioguide is very poorly done, with incessant sound cuts and does not correspond to the numbers indicated in the forum or mont palatin.... few explanations available on the archaeological sites. However, an incredible site!

It was awesome, the tickets worked perfectly. The colosseum is spectacular and the forum was a very immersive experience totally worth it

It was okay. It was good, everything worked out with the ticket, the audio guide was not so relaxed to choose. Would book with you again.

Everything , just to see what they Romans built 100s of years ago while most of the world was living in caves was truly amazing...

Very good experience with the purchase of the tickets and I had no problem getting in. Both the Colosseum and the Roman Forum is one of the most impressive things I have ever seen.

Despite the large number of people, it was easily accessible. The visit is extraordinary and you discover many things that you only see on the tour you take. An incredible work of architecture that has stood the test of time.

My fiends (14 people)and I had travelled a long way to Colliseum. We had missed the time limit for our session due to traffic condition. We were not allowed to enter the Collisseum without listening to our explanation at all. I don't the best way to treat overseas visitors. What a waste of time and money. Disappointe! We could only visit the Roman Forum part.

They wouldn't let me in with our tickets, we had to call customer service who couldn't resolve the issue. Was meant to be getting a full refund but I haven't seen anything showing that the refund is coming unfortunately. If nothing shows next week will have to contact again to get it.

the on-site team was poorly organized, unable to deal effectively with customers. Information was given quickly and superficially. on the other hand, entry to the Coliseum and Fori imperiali was easy despite the number of people on site on All Saints' Day

The Colosseum is a unique monument. It was a feat of engineering, but more importantly it helps one experience how brutally different humanity was before Christianity gave us the values we cherish today.

The visit to the colosseum wasn't worth it, as no audio guide was given on presentation of the ticket, as you actually had to download an application onto your phone.... we didn't have any headphones with us, and the only languages available were English and Italian... fortunately, the visit to the forum was much more enjoyable (ticket valid for 24 hours), but no explanations either, as there was no audio guide... too bad.

Instructions provided very clear and most importantly, we did not queue at the entrance that was indicated to us at the agency. The initial video introducing the visit was interesting.

The grandeur of such ancient architecture. I imagined what that place would be like with the people of that time and I also thought about what it would be like if one of those people could travel in time, to our days. What would he/she think...

Everything went really well. It was magnificent. If you want to enter the coliseum at 2pm, be careful because the last entrance to the forum is at 3.30pm. We were lucky to get in, but it was very tight and it wasn't specified when you bought your tickets.
