Entry to Colosseum, Palatine Hill & Roman Forum

My fiends (14 people)and I had travelled a long way to Colliseum. We had missed the time limit for our session due to traffic condition. We were not allowed to enter the Collisseum without listening to our explanation at all. I don't the best way to treat overseas visitors. What a waste of time and money. Disappointe! We could only visit the Roman Forum part.

Once ticket received entry was easy. Walking around Colosseum was a joy, lots of interesting facts in the museum part and taking in arena was breathtaking.

They wouldn't let me in with our tickets, we had to call customer service who couldn't resolve the issue. Was meant to be getting a full refund but I haven't seen anything showing that the refund is coming unfortunately. If nothing shows next week will have to contact again to get it.

I thought that I booked visit with audio guide and it was not. And I'm sure I have checked my reservation to get the l'audioguide.

It was not clear beforehand how we would/could receive the audio guide. Fortunately, we found what to do in the Coliseum itself. The app worked poorly on 1 of our 2 phones

the on-site team was poorly organized, unable to deal effectively with customers. Information was given quickly and superficially. on the other hand, entry to the Coliseum and Fori imperiali was easy despite the number of people on site on All Saints' Day

Magnificent monuments! A great walk to enjoy all three sites! Very easy to collect tickets.

the Colosseum and the rest were very nice to visit, one big criticism is the NON existing signage...a small plaque in the wall lets you guess the prison where you get the tickets, many steps for nothing,

The visit to the colosseum wasn't worth it, as no audio guide was given on presentation of the ticket, as you actually had to download an application onto your phone.... we didn't have any headphones with us, and the only languages available were English and Italian... fortunately, the visit to the forum was much more enjoyable (ticket valid for 24 hours), but no explanations either, as there was no audio guide... too bad.

Impressive visit. The ticket management was very fast and efficient. Very friendly and competent staff, congratulations!

Instructions provided very clear and most importantly, we did not queue at the entrance that was indicated to us at the agency. The initial video introducing the visit was interesting.

The grandeur of such ancient architecture. I imagined what that place would be like with the people of that time and I also thought about what it would be like if one of those people could travel in time, to our days. What would he/she think...

Entrance into the Colosseum is extremely chaotic and disorganized by the staff. I fully understand there are thousands of people per hour each day that want to enter which is exactly why some organized way to handle this many people is needed. Next, once you enter there is no signage which points you in the direction of the tour. The staff clearly have a direction in mind you must go but no guidance. You simply try to follow the crowd. And what is disappointing is that you pay a hefty fee to enter but this does not allow you access to the full Colosseum. If you want to access the passageways under the arena floor - that's an extra cost. If you want to access the observation platform overlooking the arena, that's another extra cost.

Everything went really well. It was magnificent. If you want to enter the coliseum at 2pm, be careful because the last entrance to the forum is at 3.30pm. We were lucky to get in, but it was very tight and it wasn't specified when you bought your tickets.

It was Marothon day in Rome and we took a whole round to entered into Colosseum. A note can be add with ticket is that Kids ticket (below 18 years) can be collect by showing valid proof from window# 10 inside colosseum after security check.

Beautiful experience, the only thing is that the meeting point was not very clear however otherwise all smooth and fast entry

The coloseum is impressive and informative, but far too crowded, even end of Oct. the adress provided by Headout was not the correct entrance.

I can't say that about the abundance of superlatives. We had no problems with the tickets, despite the large crowds

I recommend buying tickets in advance for first thing in the morning to take advantage of the day, both the Colosseum and the Palatine are worth all the trouble in the world, the entrance was fast without queues. Thank you.

Your guide was waiting just where he said he would be guided us into the Colosseum without any fuss and from there we had a great time wandering around at our leisure until it was time to go over to Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum which was another fantastic experience, very please we booked the tickets with you and will definitely use you again at other locations.
