The mixture of an open top bus tour and a boat tour was a great experience! Buying the ticket online was easy and hassle-free.

Great combined ticket for Tower of London + bus + Thames river. Of note : it is possible to embark on the cruise from the Tower of London and the go to Westminster Pier (not necessarily the other way round as indicated).

Regular buses, easy to find stops with App.

One of the routes was not in use as it was st Patrick's weekend. We were not told this before we purchased our ticket. The bus driver pulled up at the final stop and didn't not tell anyone this was the end of the stop. There were people Still sitting on top of the bus unaware the bus driver had left and went for lunch in another bus.

The bus was wet, not clean, the app was not showing the next bus correctly, the stop that was marked in the app was not the correct one for the bus to stop, it is just a mess. Audioguide was really weird, talking not much and about very odd things, when there are so many interesting facts.

We bought the tickets for a family of 4, for 48 hours. First day, we got down to have lunch and we searched like crazy for the venue, until a guy from the tickets stand told us the last bus was at 4pm. Next day, we wanted to take the bus in the afternoon, went in circles until we found the venue. We waited more than an hour, no Tootbus passed, but several City Sightseeing buses passed. When our a Tootbus finally came, the driver said it will be for 1 stop only and that was the last bus for the afternoon. The routes are completely unclear, the hours are not properly advertised, so it was a complete waste of money. Would not recommend Tootbus to anyone, unless you take it one morning and not get out at any stop, to make sure you cover it all and don't risk wasting the money.

I did not like the experience, the only good thing is that you can get to know several places quickly, but unfortunately, my experience was not the best and I do not recommend it because of the lack of organization of equipment and the bad condition of the bus.
