Ticketing experience was great and the HoHo experience was generally wonderful except that sometimes the audio guide connection was not working.
Also the parking bay at dubai mall is a bit too congested which takes lot of time to get in and out from there.

We wanted to start our trip from the Frame but there was no sign anywhere to know where the bus would stop, so we had to take a taxi to Burjuman. Not acceptable not to have a sign. The rest was nice.
