Big Bus: Dubai Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour with Dhow Creek Cruise

Ticketing experience was great and the HoHo experience was generally wonderful except that sometimes the audio guide connection was not working. Also the parking bay at dubai mall is a bit too congested which takes lot of time to get in and out from there.

The description of places + information about the city

We wanted to start our trip from the Frame but there was no sign anywhere to know where the bus would stop, so we had to take a taxi to Burjuman. Not acceptable not to have a sign. The rest was nice.

As my flight was arriving very early in Dubai, I decided to do a Hop on Hop off. For the first day it was good to get an overview of the city. The Big bus tour goes around the most visited places and is therefore a good option for getting around Dubai. However, you have to expect long times in traffic.

Staff were amazing as always , there were a lot of other inclusions such as river cruise and aquarium. but due to traffic I wasn't able to cover much of it, as It took ages to get from one stop to another, thus we could not explore the city as much as we would have loved to. It is not company's fault, but it is very difficult to we even half of the stop: overall, I guess it is still worth the money due to other perks they offer.

Audio - no Chinese. traffic is nothing you can do about, yet the ride and service is good; Dubai is beautiful and worth the ride.

The tour was fantastic, having detailed introductions on route helped us learn a lot of stories behind the buildings and scenes. The aquariums, desert sunset, and river tours are very well-designed highlights. It's a must to experience the hop-on-hop-off for us short-term first-time tourists.

The red and blue routes had excellent drop off points. Scheduled pick up time were very good as well as the ground staff at various locations.

I always use the tourist buses in the countries I visit. It's an easy way to get to know the city. I can stop and get back on the bus whenever I want. Although the ticket was the most expensive I've ever paid, it was well worth it, as the cruise was included. I highly recommend it!
