Singapore River Cruise

Easy to book, nice way to spend 40 minutes and learn a little bit of history. However the other people on the cruise were SO loud and inconsiderate. You really had to strain to hear the recording, and many people were standing on the seats despite clear signage saying not to. Staff did not seem too concerned. I would recommend aiming for a boat with fewer people if at all possible. Not bad value for money considering it's Singapore.

staff were welcoming and courteous, gave us umbrellas when it started raining. Cruising was a great way to see different view of Singapore!

We loved the cruise, so informative and relaxing in the heat. Ticketing was difficult, as we had tried to just go to the ticket office on Clarks Quay and no-one open but no information on where we could go to get tickets, or why it was closed. Thanks to the conceige at hotel we got tickets, but when we arrived in taxi once again couldn't find the place. Thanks to our wonderful taxi driver we eventually found the place and had a great time. Very frustrating trying to get tickets and find the place where you board the bum boats.

ticketing was very easy we were able yo just show our code and they found us in their system straight away. The cruise was awesome and well worth it

Thank you guys, the ticketing was a whizz, I booked on the spot and had tickets at the counter almost instantly. I brought my 4 year old twins for the ride for the first Time and they loved the experience. The TV commentary was good, told us the history of boat quay and the financial center's birth place. Overall the experience was fantastic.

The staff were friendly and well organised. The video during the cruise was informative and amazing! A fantastic experience.

Enjoyed the cruise. Did not enjoying having to wait 30 minutes in the heat for the departure time especially when there were ample boats and staff (& passengers) for us to have boarded and left. Felt the wait was at odds with the advertised come any time

There was lot of empty cruise which is ready to go next. But they allowed us to enter on packed cruise. Not able to sit behind and enjoy the ride.

I enjoyed it but would have enjoyed it more if I had of got to see some of the light show from the river, there were big groups that got on to 3 different boats before our queue got on to a boat, if they hadn't of been there then we could have seen the light show. Enjoyed the pre-recorded commentary and the views nonetheless.

For boarding there was a long queue and I had senior citizen who were not comfortable staning for long duration. Provide some sitting arrangement or a separate queue for senior citizens.

No need to buy tickets before mid-April. Nice cruise that allowed us to discover The only thing missing is an international digital translator to make it easier for everyone to understand.

Overall the experience was good . Plz increase the volume of the audio-guide so that it gets audible. With some loud and over talkative guests on board, it just becomes next to difficult to follow the audio guide.

The ticket office struggled to get the scanner to read the QR code. Waited quite a time for boat since they prioritised other queue for groups. Cruise itself was very enjoyable once it got going.

The experience had been recommended to us. Our tickets were emailed to us promptly. We liked the flexibility. We also liked the way the rides were organised. The staff were super friendly. They took some awesome photos to send to our family. We also took some awesome photos of the sights. We found the commentary to be interesting. We would certainly recommend this attraction.

The queue moved rapidly and I was able board at the time that was most desirable for me. Good views from most seats on the boat. Friendly staff. PS: even if you go through the trouble of buying an e-ticket, you still have to have it scanned and exchanged for a paper one at the ticket office!

Admin was easy, trip was pleasant and relaxed. The trip commentary was too quiet, could not make out what was being said.

It was new years eve. The cruise driver was friendly and the river was so clean and beautiful. The lights made the river beautiful and pleasant to look at. Hope to come back again. Happy new year!

Very easy process to book the tickets and then being able to view the tickets without having WiFi was so convenient. Thank you for a wonderful experience for us to take back to Australia 😊
