The rides and exhibits we could access were great, but there were several that were either closed or broke down while we were waiting.

Our experience would've been a lot better if rides had been open all day i.e. 'the Haunted House'. When it opened the queues were huge so we never got to visit it.
There were a number of rides that were not open i.e. Vikings World and a number of food stalls were not open/closed early.
All of the above detracted from our visit but would not stop us visiting again...

There were a number of places closed and rides not in operation. The queues are crazy long and it's impossible to get to more then 2 or 3 rides with standing for between 45 mins to an hour. We pay so much to not fully enjoy the experience

The queues were crazy long, the Ninjago line is terrible for a 4-5 min thrill. We missed out on a lot of fun places because we did not have a guide

Great venue huge place would have been nice to know parking was extra could not visit all we wanted because of standing in queues over an hour at 1 of the attractions not good on a hot day with a 2 and 6 year old

The team was all very nice, just long waits and the weather was very hot! The worst thing was how rude some of the visitors were to the staff! A particular nationally. I have never been prejudice but good lord how dare they talk to people that are polite and trying to help. I am disgusted.

There are so many Muslims visiting the venue but no halal food options, so Muslims have to bring their own food in. Also Muslims can eat veg/vegan food if halal options are not available but none of the veg/vegan options are cooked separately and the venue cannot guarantee cross contamination with non veg food.
E.g. food fried in the same oil as non veg food etc.its such a shame as legoland would get more revenue in the restaurants if they change this.

We were a bit disappointed to miss out on the rollercoaster ride we were most excited about (the Dragon), which we had spent half an hour standing in line for, and were almost to the front of the line when there was some technical problem and we were advised to give up waiting, because fixing it would probably take long enough that we wouldn't have time to go on the ride before the park closed. We found a fun (although less exciting) substitude ride (the Jolly Rocker) before the park closed, and the kids were happy enough with the earlier rides (Pirate Falls in particular) and had a great time overall, so all is well that ends well I suppose, but missing out on the Dragon left me feeling a bit like we had paid too much for the tickets. On our way out of the park, we saw something that looked like other rollercosters at the other end of the park, which we thought was not very clear from the map (the description said Minifigure Speedway, which seemed to indicate that it was just a display ride, carrying lego figures or some such). OK, perhaps "Alright" was a bit harsh. The theme park was pretty sweet. And part of the problem was that we didn't get there until just before 12, the extra two hours would have made up for this. But still, I would have thought 5 hours would be enough to find a functioning roller coaster. I just wish we had had time to go there again another day before leaving England, there seemed to be plenty of other things to explore that we had barely seen.
