Accademia Gallery Timed Entry Tickets

Thank you gor making the ticketing process so seamless. The level of detail to assist in obtaining tickets and detailed instructions about arriving early to obtain them was invaluable. The Galleria is always a highlight when visiting Florence. Of course, the Statue of David is a primary reason for visiting, but, there are many more works that contribute to the rich history of Italy, and beyond. Thank you for another wonderful experience. Each visit brings with it additional education and emotions.

The purchase process was very simple, and when we arrived at the museum we avoided the line. Fortunately since it was low season the line was not so long, but it was good to be able to optimize the time.

The guide was outstanding. Knowledgable, direct to the point - but also gave a great sense of what times were like back when David was sculpted.

Love it. It was well organized considering the crowd within the Accademia. The guide was great. We loved the personal touch he provided all around the tour.

We totally enjoyed the museum . We did not used guide or audio. Experiences at other venues led to a decision not to use either anywhere. (So no judgement on yours)

skip the line ticket made it a prompt entrance within a tight schedule we had would just say bigger writing on the confirmation on where to go and redeem voucher for an entrance ticket across the road from the venue, would help us old people who have forgotten our glasses

Extra cost compared to the real price The impression of being taken for a ride, especially since we had the impression of being on the museum site...

Due to a marathon in Florence we were unable to get to the museum in time. We missed the only opportunity to see the original statue of David. This was a trip we will never be able to take again. We did see the replica but it was not the same. Plus we lost over $50 since there is no refund

Reassuring to have our tickets ahead of time and when we got there we just picked them up and walked right in. Others, without tickets waiting in line even in November. Seeing David in person is the best. Photos don't do him justice.

We booked online for 3 adults and 3 teens. There was no charge for the kids, however we received a call the day prior to pay for our kids. It was the same price as adults, so $165 Euro seemed like a lot last minute. With that said, we thought the tour was great and really liked our guide. She was so informative and entertaining so it made me feel a little better about their mixup.

We explored the museum ourselves with no guide. Having a timed entrance was very handy and we had no problems. The museum is amazing and should not be missed.

Claiming the tickets was super easy, and in fact they let me in earlier. Seeing David was literally life changing, and being able to go early via the tickets on headout as they had run out on the website completely calmed my stay and made it unforgettable.

The wonder is what was inside the museum. We did not hire a guide, we queued and entered 15 minutes after the stipulated time and the tickets are more expensive than if you buy them directly.

What a great tour with our guide Chiara. She made David and the gallery come alive with details we would have never figured out on our own. She was very thoughtful in her explanations and answered all our questions. We would highly recommended this tour! Wonderful!

The whole experience was seamless - just exchanged the voucher for the ticket and waited for a short time to be admitted to the museum.

I would like a credit for the audio part of my ticket. It was poorly organized and unusable in the museum. I am ok with paying more for you service, but your staff/office was basically outside the self serve lines that were very clear. This was no different than me just ordering online timed tickets myself through the museum and showing up. The guided tour headsets/info was unusable. Please credit my credit card so I do not have to give bad reviews. I expected much more for your services and was disappointed with what you offered.

We came to see David. The statue was magnificent as was the setting. We learned so much more, thanks to our guide.; she was knowledgeable and spoke with a freshness and joy in the lilt of her voice. Her informative talk about the instruments, the Medici family, the history of Michael Angelo and David's details made the visit most memorable.

Anna was extremely knowledgeable, offered great insight to those of us who have viewed some of the artworks before, and she answered everyone's questions patiently. A great experience was had by all. Anna is the best!
